I owe money to both Smud and Solar City every month! I am not saving money, I so frustrated with the customer service that I get when I call and try to get answers to my questions.

haven't had good experience with Solar City. didn't explain how to properly use our solar, so paid them as well as, a huge PGE bill. got our bill down before solar installed.

Stay away from this company! No customer service, unknowledgeable, and refuse to talk to you when attempting to remove solar panels from property. I had to get an attorney just in order to remove their solar panels.

Experienced long delays when system is down since they have NO Inventory on hand. From the call "there is no power" to the final working fix can be months!

the worst, most slapstick customer service of any business I ever dealt with. all young kids, probably living in mommies basement, who haven't a clue.

PPA is a great option for me, especially on a rental unit. Solar City covered most of the cost of roof repairs too.

Was told by solor city that if my system proved to be too small that could add pannals to it. That turned out to be a lie. They only can install a completely separate system,

made a lot of promises but could not follow through... each department has their own rules...the right hand does not talk to the left...don't get sucked in to this big corporation.

Lame. They have no plan to install batter back up units. They have been promising this for years, and now "it's on hold indefinitely." Don't go with Solar City. Unless you want to be left in the dark.

They sold me a system that was way to small for my home and did not produce enough power to cover 1/7 of my monthly consumption. Costumer service did apologies but now I'm stuck in a 18yr contract. They SUCK!!

Customer service is terrible. Salesperson said we would save x amount of dollars and we are not even close. Salesperson not with the company anymore so I called the "sales manager" three times and no call back yet.

Solar city has a misleading sales practice and they lie about what will really cost the consumer with and without solar energy. Consumers should get together for a class action lawsuit.

Roof leak 3 weeks after panel install. Roof had never leaked before. Tesla did "courtesy patches", the interior damage not their liability!!!!!!
