It's a lengthy process, it's taken over a year to get it. The panel is not really producing, it's supposed to be 13 kilowatts and only produces about 9 kilowatts.

Raul, we offer 25 year production guarantee, if we don't meet the system's performance based on our initial guarantee, we will correct and resolve asap! Please send a private message, and I'll have our support team resolve this for you.

I spent $50k on a system with them. It was installed in April. Here it is mid-October and they have still not finished the punchlist/cleanup items, although I have talked to them God knows how many times, and their guys have come over a half dozen times but it never gets finished. Finally, even though the job is not complete, they said for the first time that if I don't pay the final bill of $500 today, they will cut off my service. I am so done with this company.

John, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry your experience did not match your expectations. Having the issue already solved, we will make sure you stay satisfied with our services throughout your whole solar journey.
