Overall, the whole process was simple and easy. ION Solar was very transparent and kept on updating on the status of the progress via email and SMS constantly. Also, through their mobile app I was able to track the status of the progress. The whole paperwork process was convenient and was done electronically. I had an issue when I received the loan payment before my system was turned ON. We try to reach ION Solar and requested them to look into our issue. Honestly, I was disappointed at that time. However, Mr. A. from ION solar, Customer Experience, immediately contacted us the same day regarding our issue and professionally reviewed our concerns and was able to resolve our issues immediately. For this experience and showing compassion to customer and going above and beyond to resolve the issue...I greatly appreciate ION solar. Other than little hic cup at the end the whole process was simple and the work was done professionally.

We recently purchased a Solar system for our house from ION Solar. We signed the contract on 12/12/19 and our we received PTO from NV Energy on 2/11/20. The installation was very clean and professionally done. The wiring is installed through the attic leaving a clean and uncluttered installation on the roof. They even when to the extent of painting the electrical conduit that running down the side of the house to the electrical panel to match the color of the house. We also requested "critter guard" as part of the installation ( to prevent pigeons nesting ) and it was installed after we received inspection from the city. After our system was initially turned on after receiving PTO, we were told one of the panels was not reporting and that a service call had been scheduled. It took several service calls to resolve the issue, but in the end all panels are working and generating power. The benefit of having this issue arise during the install has been that we can testify that all panels report and generate power independently, so only those down affect your output and the remaining panels still operate and generate power. So in our case 11 of our 12 panels were working the entire time. I was skeptical about the power generation capabilities of our system, but so far we have generated approximately three days of excess power in a little under a 3 week period. We have received all the incentives we were promised during the contract negotiations. There are cheaper solar installations out there and I do feel we paid for a premium product, but having said that I also do believe we received a premium product. We are currently not producing anywhere near peak power due to it being February and yet our average daily output is almost reaching our estimate annual average. And that is with one panel down for most of that time. We are very happy overall with our experience and final outcome and would recommend ION Solar to others based on our experience.

So happy to have a solar installed on my house and with the electricity I've already been producing it was a great decision. The process with Ion Solar was very smooth and everyone at Ion was super helpful guiding me through the installation process. However, I'm knocking one star off (for now) as there could have been one extra step to double check with HOA approval before scheduling install date but that is both on me and Ion.

The process was overall very smooth. They do all the legwork for you. They are pretty good at communicating and scheduling. I wish the sales associate would reach out more along the process instead of simply at the beginning. Overall process from start to finish takes several months which was also not explained. Only reasons for not getting 5 stars.

The salesman was a little pushy but I understand it is his living. We were already to go Solar before we were contacted by your company so we were a little amused at his style. The installation crew was very professional and quick. `. The wait between the Installation of the system and operational date was way too long (ie over 30 days). However we are glad that it is sdone and operational.

Mike B was exceptional in explaining how the system works and how much it will save in costs in the long run. Like that I was reassured nothing would happen to roof from installation IE: leaks and damages covered by Ion Solar for 25 years ! Electrical install with all the equipment went smooth and finished product looks outstanding. I hope system works as explained to me as I have never had any experience with solar. Had a Program manager named Sidnee who I could never get in touch with , But called Mike and he took care of my issues .

I was skeptical about solar systems and the cost; but when Tyson J and the ION solar crew gave me some information too go over, it helped make me a little aware of the solar industry. They were not pushy at all, they were patient and informative, there was a lot of information but they took the time to explain the process. the installation crew was fast and professional and talk to me during the process. i have already recommended ION solar to friends and family. I am definitely pleased with the installation and how sleek and discreet the system is.

Well we signed up on August 5, 2019 and they finished the install on September 27, 2019. System is up and running. We had a couple if hick ups along the way, but every one was very helpful. My PM Andrew Floyd was so understanding with me and all my crazy questions. They did every thing they said they were going to do. The app on my phone help me to understand the process and a little learning.

Everything has been fantastic so far, with the exception of a design change to the layout of panels on our roof that has delayed our system getting turned on by a few weeks. Make sure the site assessment takes into account the location of the pipes and features on the roof. Other than that, service has been great. Can't wait to get our system up and running, especially as we head into June when our production potential will be at its greatest.

Overall we are pleased with our solar panels through Ion Solar. There were a few bumps in the road and installation was slower than we had hoped, partly due to issues getting pieces and parts and partly due to an error on Ion's part. They did make the mistake right and in the end we are pleased with our install.

I like the ION Solar because they provide me the crystal clear information about the number of solar panels required for my usage , inverters, design, generation of the power with calculations and did all the inspection, installation, design as per the schedule professionally with out any delay. Cost wise little bit higher compare to market price.

Ion is great! The only thing I would suggest to be adjusted is the project manager. After the panels were put on I seem to have come to a stand still due absence of project manager. Thanks to Dax, energy advisor, who was a big help with various issues.

Salesman, Project Manager, and Installation team were all professional and helpful. The team that assigns where installation teams go each day kept trying to pull the installation team off of my project, which caused almost a week delay. Having said that, I am pleased with the end results.

Excellent experience. My options were well presented and explained by the salesperson. There was a sprinkler line broken during the panel upgrade, they were immediately responsive and had it repaired within 24 hours of being notified, at no charge, no questions asked. Installation was completed as promised on schedule.
