Post Planner

The only thing better than Post Planner... is their great after sales service! I tried loads of planners that did not work! Save yourself a lot of time ... they're good! Full of features including tagging, draft posts, Easy to use. its a genuine keeper! An amazing app AND great customer CARE? A rare combo to say the least! If I could give more than 5 stars I would Thanx so much Post Planner

As others have stated, my experience with post planner has been horrible. I signed up for the Guru plan paying less than $15 per month. At some point in time they "upgraded" me to a much more expensive plan for free. After the year was up, WITHOUT notification they began charging me for the MUCH more expensive plan! For something that was supposed to be a free year upgrade...are you kidding me. I'm talking $522 dollars a year versus the $10-15/month plan I signed up for. I'm all for trying out new free upgrades but this is outrageous to automatically enroll the user for the plan and start charging for it. I do not even recall upgrading my account (if I did it must have been one of those "click this button" to upgrade for free year) but there is NO way I would have gone with that expensive of a plan. Guru plan allows for many accounts (FB Pages, Twitter pages, etc.). At my business we use 2. Insane that I would ever knowlingly consent to an upgrade that allows 100+ accounts. There is absolutely no use for that type of account for my business. Now lets move onto the cancellation process: You login to cancel and upon cancelling you have to stay in the plan another FULL year. So I would have had to pay another $500+ for something I never signed on for and couldn't even use. Fraud is the only word that comes to mind. So the only real way out at this point is change up your credit card number. So I'm now going to be calling to cancel and renew my credit card so this fraudulant company cannot charge me for something I never agreed too. Save your money and use this alternative: Use HOOTESUITE. They are a reputable company and would never do this. I used to use Hootesuite and made the mistake of trying Post Planner. Switching back and won't look back. If anyone wants to join in a class-action lawsuit, I'm in.

My experience is exactly the same as the previous 2 one-star reviews. No matter what services a company provides, the ability to cancel and modify plans and payment methods should always be clear. I took advantage of what they promoted as $3 to start for the first month, then without notice, they had enrolled me into the annual plan and charged my credit card. While following their support documentation outlining cancellation and refund, no "cancellation" button is actually anywhere to be seen even though it is mentioned in the documentation, and neither is the ability to remove original credit card info. The process is extremely scam-like, and definitely UNETHICAL!

The concept of this service is great. I love the idea of having all kinds of content pulled for the user to distribute to their own pages and accounts. However, I found myself surfing for content waaaayy too long for the price with post-planner. It made no difference for me. The worst part is that they will auto-renew your yearly subscription months before you're due to renew, and then when you cancel, they won't give you a refund and ake you $100. There is no number to call, and it will take multiple messages for them to address your concerns and then refuse a refund. This is horrible business practice by today's standards. If you look at their Facebook page, you can see that you can't review it because there would be plenty of negative reviews.. Google "Post Planner Reviews" and you see others very upset about the same thing. Companies can't stay in business with this type of "fine print" practice. Very unethical!

Stay away from this crappy scam website. They would not let you use their base plan - Starter Pack, with the posts you will see on the front main screen. All the posts (5 stars posts) which you may want to use to post on your social media accounts, wont be allowed because they would ask you to upgrade to upper plan. I had a starter pack with them and all they asked me is to Make My Own Stream to post automatically on my social media accounts. What a BS? When i can make my own posts, I don't need postplanner to post them for me. Stay away from Postplanner app.

I have used the software in the past, but find it is very limiting. They don't have as much new content as they had in the past, and their graphics capability is severely limited compared to other software I've used. I am currently seeking a refund for the unauthorized auto-renewal. There was no prior notice that they would be billing my account, and they have told me that their policy does not allow refunds! WTH! Who does that???? I am not about to pay for a year's worth of services that I no longer wish to use!

The major problem were errors that were occurring every time I tried to post video content. Then (last month) I cancelled the subscription and they charged me for another month, but they promised that I won't be charged again. Today I was still charged. The customer service is just awful, they only answer questions that they want to answer.
