Variety of Security Services

Whether you need a security team for a one-time event or recurring basis, SMSSI has a variety of services for businesses.

St. Moritz offers basic security services and provides several specialized services such as ATM escort services, an emergency response team, high-valued armed escorts, key and access card control, and mobile security patrols.

Additionally, SMSSI doesn't offer run-of-the-mill security services. Every St. Moritz client receives a customized security program that is specifically tailored to their needs. Once the program has been established, a standard operating procedure is developed and implemented. That way, the security officers may understand the unique security needs of that customer.

Vetted Security Officers

Hiring a security team for your business can foster a sense of safety and security among your customers/clients and even employees. A security team is more than just a way to deter criminals (although that's another good reason to have a security detail on your property). A professional security team lets employees and customers know that your business cares about the safety of everyone who enters the building.

All SMSSI security officers must pass a background check and interview process before they can even be considered for employment.

SMSSI's dedication to hiring only trustworthy and reliable employees is commendable. We firmly believe that SMSSI clients can rest assured that their security officer (or team) is well trained and capable of handling any emergency.

Partner Companies

SMSSI is not afraid to admit that it works with other companies in the industry to better serve its clients. In fact, it's something the company is highly passionate about.

SMSSI works alongside companies like Verkada (cloud-based security system), immix (Central Station software that allows SMSSI to integrate seamlessly with all major camera providers), Trackforce Valiant (the all-in-one solution to automate security workforce management), Safe Communities Vendor ID Program, Atlantic Training, and more.

By partnering with these other companies, SMSSI can tailor its security services to each client and cater to their specific needs.

Pricing and Contract Information

On its website, SMSSI explains that no two clients are the same, and it doesn't have a generic security program. While that's a good thing (as the program is customized to your business's unique needs), it also means that pricing will vary depending on the situation. Because of this, you'll have to speak to a company representative to get a quote. This isn't exactly unexpected, but it can be a nuisance to have to call.

Additionally, SMSSI doesn't disclose a sample contract on the website, so it's not entirely clear what you are agreeing to. It would be nice if the company at least provided some information on the terms and conditions.
