I have used it for 6+ years and am happy with it. I love that being cloud based I can log in from anywhere. It's easy to use, easy to train on and easy to fix any mistakes that are made. Reporting is detailed and straight forward and customer service is easy to access

the customer service is exemplary. The cloud based systems works well from me in that I can check things remotely, including troubleshooting. It's discouraging setting up initially, but once you bulldog thru the setup (they help a lot!), it's a great product! No regrets, and I've re-upped since initial setup. Tony B Big Star Cigar Lounge

Retail program itself is great as long as you don't have any issues, however, customer support is horrible. Signed up for the Loyalty Program which was a complete joke. Have been trying to cancel for over a month as the program was not as described and unusable. Have tried to contact support and sales by phone and also email with no response. Customer support/sales claims they have tried to contact us, which they have not. Would not recommend!
