It's incomplete especially reporting - need improvement on software itself - it's has bug printing problem, freezing and sometimes need to reset.

Difficult to learn for retail space. Online instructions are very spotty with not much information for retail. Great for a bar but not retail

Just okay not really worth the money. Scotts Hill, TN

Scanner hardly ever works. Custom key won't allow you to give it a name. Customer service takes forever to help - then they are rude.

This company has so many hidden fees. They charge $10 for a paper statement. This fee is in the middle of all the other fees they charge. The CS is horrible. Has taken over 2 months to cancel this service. Still dealing with them not getting anything done. They do not communicate. Sent my account to collections and I was not notified. I have spent multiple hours on the phone and and still not gotten this resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I use a Flagship credit card reader for my home business. They have the cheapest rates and offer good customer service when I call in with a question.
