Lots of trouble setting up. The customer service is horrible. You call and wait for 30 minutes to have some one answer just to tell you all the technicians are busy and they can set up a time tomorrow to call you. When tomorrow comes sometimes you get a call and sometimes you don't. It can't be used if checks are involved they tell us they are working on it... Its bee 4 months now. Honestly I do not think they tested their product before selling it. Their website with the how to videos, is not completely set up and they said it does not apply to their new product which is what we bought. The only thing going for them is when you actually get a person on the phone to help you they try their best to make everything work and are patient, probably because they know there are lots of problems with the system.
