The sprayer was pretty bad, it just didn't work. They have had an update on it which I have not received yet.

Reply from Pestie

Hey Keith, we are sorry you received a faulty sprayer. As you know we recently hit the drawing board and re-designed the sprayer from the bottom up. Our new sprayer is more reliable and powerful than ever! You will receive the new sprayer in your upcoming shipment. It looks like it's on its way :)

We would love your feedback on your experience!

The product seems to work well and price is fair but the customer service experience has been a joke. I've contacted them 3 separate times and they honestly seem to be incredibly....dumb. I also hate this new default subscription model that so many online retailers are using...they make it hard and annoying to cancel or modify but VERY easy to sign up. If they could improve the user experience around account management and customer service it would surely help with retention.

We are so sorry for any frustration with your account Jessica. It looks like we were able to get everything straighten out. We will make sure to pass your feedback to our development team. We are always looking into ways we can improve our user experience!

College apartments aren't exactly the most sanitary or safe when it comes to bugs. My sophomore year of college, the apartment me and my friends lived in developed a bit of a cockroach problem. We tried everything from bug spray to peppermint oils but it didn't improve. We ended up buying Pestie's bug control solution Which did a great job removing or problem. My only complaint is how long it took for the stuff to be delivered.

Reply from Pestie

Thanks for trying Pestie! We are happy you were able to help get your college apartment roach-free with Pestie! We do wish you hadn't experienced a shipping delay. We usually get packages sent out the same or next bussess day, but sometimes slowdowns happen en route on the way to you.

Thanks for leaving us a review Madison!
