Very Professional and friendly. Operator arrived on time and explained the initial and ending process. Operator who came to my house represented Aptive Environmental very well. Mr. Vin B deserves a bonus. He was flexible on where in the house I wanted to be treated. Good to go!!

It was easy to get a technician out to my house. Also, he did a great job by going above and beyond the call of duty and cleaned the spider webs off the side of my house way above my garage door.

Craigory G was one one of the best techs we have had to our property. I was thinking about canceling the service because it was too difficult to reach someone to schedule an appointment and the person that was out prior to Craig coming out didn't seem to do a thorough job. Craig restored my faith in the company so decided to give the service another try. You need more employees like Craigory G!!!!

Everyone in your company that I've spoken with have been extremely friendly and professional. However, some of my favorite flowers have died after your service. I believe this is because of the impact the chemicals have on local pollinators. I am hoping that this is only temporary, and / or this area can be avoided next treatment. I have not seen as many wasps / roaches / etc. since the treatment, so on the bright side it seems to be very effective!

Showed up on time. Very knowledgeable, very kind, very enjoyable experience. Did the job well, in a short amount of time. Overall experience was absolutely excellent. I hope we have the same technician next time.

They respond to service calls in between the quarterly services . Very inconsistent with the different techs some take longer with the service appointments and some like the last one was done in ten min or less for front and back

My only complaint I'd I can't get anyone to respond to my phone calls to give my new credit card number for billing. I tried several times this past week but after auto response transferred me to a rep no one ever answered. Otherwise I have had no problem. I would just like to be able to speak to someone when I need to.

A good service with great technicians. I only wish they were easier to contact by phone. My local office has you on a VM tape loop for 20 minutes or more before telling you that nobody can take your call and to leave a message. VERY POOR customer service, in my opinion.

She came over, she explained to me exactly what she was going to do, she did her job well and gave me some traps I can use inside my house for ants 🐜 The only thing that was wrong was we both had different contracts with different prices on it, but she was able to it fixed in minutes. Thank you so much!

It worked 50-60%, rest of that didn't work. Front service to second service only 1 month different, I knew why. It didn't work well. But I can't cancel service because I have to pay full price, it is so expensive than I got serviced. I will expect more quality service then before. It is the reason for review. And it didn't work to set up schedule through apple app also.

I was unable to speak to the technician before he left. I had concerns regarding spider eggs under my patio furniture where I had 20 spider egg sacs and I put all my patio furniture upside down so that it could be sprayed underneath. The patio furniture area was not sprayed.

Aptive has been very reliable with scheduling service and addressing concerns. Their rates are also very reasonable and the product they use is very good. But they are not able to send the requested technician each time. Technicians range in ability and thoroughness, but when you get a good one, the service can be quite excellent.

So far, since I have been using them for 1 year, I have not had any problem in my house, and specially in my yard with flees and ticks, which is very important for me because I have 3 dogs and they live inside.
