Barbara Field ,

The technician let me know via text well in advance of his arrival time so I could open my garage even though I was in Zoom meetings while he was here. He then texted me when he finished so I could close it when I could. He was fast and professional.

The man that came to my home9/12/20 was Theo I believe. He was one of the best service rep. we have ever had. He took the time to explain how Ants operate and sprayed the entire area. Your company is fortunate to have employs like Theo.

Our technician this time was awesome. He called ahead, he sprayed the areas we requested inside and out. When inside he wore special booties over his shoes. He was an excellent communicator. (In the past, we’ve had techs we were not happy with, but this time was great!)

The link for the $5 bonus doesn't work! http://goaptive.com/wow/ The technician deserves a $5 bonus! He was very professional, wore a mask and also kept his social distancing during the review of the service agreement; and explaining the whole process!

Adam (I think that was his name, I may have misheard him) was very professional and very knowledgeable about his service. If Possible I would like it for him to keep coming to work on my property because he was very understanding and detailed in what he was doing.

The sales representative we spoke with was awesome, super knowledgeable, explained different options suited just for us and our home. He pointed out a lot of things around our house that we did not even realize were an issue. Very thorough and complete in their efforts.

He was well mannered and expressed himself clearly and with confidence. He answered all my questions, explain what he was doing and why, treated my home with respect and I believe treated the ants and spiders so they will no longer be a problem.

I wasn’t home for the service on Friday. But I did notice a few dead bugs on the porch. But as we had a backyard bbq on Saturday evening. We had a few problems with bugs but not a lot. So I guess I could say it was a cool job.

Keynon was incredibly thorough and professional. I shared with him that mice and other rodents were playing in my backyard as a result of the new construction in my community. He placed a bait tray in the yard, sprayed my garage and downstairs of the home. I finally feel that I received superior service. Thanks Keynon!

My favorite part about Aptive, is that their technicians will come out for a re-service at no extra cost. My least favorite part is the fact that I need to request re-services every Summer (and sometimes Spring) when I get ants in my grass; that coupled with the fact that the ant beds are hidden and Aptive has a policy of spot treating ants and not treating the entire lawn... just a little inconvenient. Other than that, I rarely see any bugs.

I like that the employees are courteous. I was very disappointed with the results of the May appointment. About two weeks after they treated my yard for snails and slugs, we had some rainy weather and all of a sudden there were snails and slugs everywhere. I was picking up between 100 and 150 snails and slugs every day for over a week. I would say that apparently your product was extremely ineffective. When I tried to contact you about this situation, I was put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes three times one day and two times the next day. I never did get to talk to a person. I think I am entitled to a 50% refund for that visit.

Sales rep Garrett and tech Kyle are super friendly. Great at explaining what the process is and gave us a great deal to start us up. Still seeing spider webs in our waves, but I could also be confused as to what the entire process was. Not unhappy at all. Only gave 4 stars because our initial visit was rescheduled, but we had no communication about what was happening. Nobody showed up or called or emailed until I reached to them.

Our technician's name was Samantha and she was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in a way in which it was easy to understand. She also listened to what we had to say. She was very thorough. Though she told us it could take about a week to see results, we have not seen any ants since she came. Thank you for helping us out.

Technician did a good job. Your office told me his ETA would be 1:00pm to 5:00 pm. He showed up at 1:45pm and left at 2:05pm. We had asked for a phone call before the technician arrival but we never did get a phone call. We stepped out for a moment and came back to see that he already finished and left with a note on our front door. Our security company saw the technician on the cameras and notified us but we knew it was you guys, Aptive. Hopefully next time we would get a phone call. Overall the technician did an ok job.

All in record heat. Thanks Merrill!

The results of the products of company are outstanding. I wish I had more notice of the appointment, since I don't remember when the appointments are. Fred was professional and friendly (which is hard and not many can manage it). He asked what I had seen, performed the service, and told me what he sprayed for. Thank you, Fred.

Responsive to call after quarterly service to come back out and reservice due to concerns. Not extremely happy with the effectiveness of the products used. Still seem to have quite a bug problem, ants, spiders and silverfish. Not happy that they won't spray behind furniture that is placed against a wall. They claim it is because they don't want to damage the furniture, but if the customer wants it, then they should do it.

The sales associate who knocked on my door was professional, and mentioned that Aptive would be servicing a few of our neighbors later in the day. We've been considering hiring a pest control service for a few months, so his timing was good. My only complaint about the sales associate was that he was not wearing a mask when I opened the door, but he put it on upon request. When the technician showed up, he was not wearing a mask at all. I cannot speak to the thoroughness of the application of pesticide...time will tell. However, I am disappointed at the removal of spider webs from the property. I was told that this was part of the service, and though I saw the technician removing a few spiderwebs in random locations, there are still plenty that are visible, on every side of the house. Even the areas where he "removed them", the task was not completed thoroughly.
