The Bad

  • Limited search options
  • Customer support lacking
  • Accuracy
  • Cost
Be aware, however, that Veromi isn't perfect and may not suit your needs of fulfill your expectations in your people searching. The site does lack in some areas and has needed improvements to be sure. Here are some negative elements of the company and site:
  • Limited search options. True, you can search by phone number, first name, last name and middle name, but you also have limitations. You can't search by age, birthdate, email address or social security number. In the chance you don't have information such as names, you are in a very difficult position to try to find the person. It's highly possible all you have is an email or a birthdate. If this is the case, Veromi won't do you much good.
  • Customer support lacking. You might very well have no need to communicate with customer support. You might never have any issues or problems whatsoever with Veromi. But if you do, you'll find it difficult obtaining answers. The is a FAQs page, but you can't even find a telephone number to call if you need to contact customer support.
  • Accuracy. It's not reasonable to expect the site (or any service for that matter) to be without flaws or mistakes at least once in a while. Nothing works perfectly all of the time, and Veromi is no different. However, it is hoped that a high degree of accuracy will come with it. Veromi, though, isn't as accurate as one would feel comfortable with. Searches often yield too many results with possible relatives not being actual relatives. This makes it extremely difficult to narrow down who you're really searching for. It can lead to confusion and frustration, which is precisely what you're looking to avoid when conducting an online search.
  • Cost. Veromi has one of the highest cost options of any people search site. It might not seem out-of-this-world to you, but at $24.95 a month, you can pay less for other comparable services. Even a one-time search will cost you $9.95, and a one-day search is $14.95. All this for no guarantee you'll find what you seek.

The Bottom Line

Veromi is one of a number of people search tools that can not only help you track down family members, acquaintances, friends, colleagues or anyone of your choice, but the site will give you a slew of background information data that could be helpful in a number of ways. Using Veromi is simple; it involved inputting a bit of data and making a few clicks. The challenge is whether the information you receive will be accurate and yield what you are looking for. The cost versus the often-inaccurate information is a bit of a gamble, but if you are looking for in-depth background information and need it fast, Veromi is worth that gamble. The cons notwithstanding, if you are OK paying fees and sifting through data and information that might not be right, Veromi does provide useful help that will please you and meet your needs. Give the service a try.
