I live in Ohio. There is only one law firm, with only three lawyers, associated with LegalZoom. No choices. Each state has a similar arrangement. I should have paid closer attention to the limited options prior to joining LegalZoom. Lesson learned.

Terrible service and people to do business with. They are not attorneys, can’t give advise, don’t file paperwork & don’t assist in filling out documents or that process. I paid $1100. Seems like a scam. Due your due diligence. Buyer beware.

Worse customer service I have ever had to contact. First call I was transferred five times and the second time I called I was told it would take two days to email me a signed doc I had just mailed them. Their cust service seems to be a popular topic across the web. The have no concept of good customer service.

We used Legal Zoom to set up our will and power of attorneys. It was a good inexpensive way to do it, but the legal language can be challenging and it was a bit of a process.

LEGALSCAM is what LEGALZOOM really is. They basically charged me over 600 dollars and asked me a bunch of questions yet left me to do basically ALL THE WORK I hired the for them to do as a nonprofit. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

If you are in need of basic I really mean basic docs this is not a bad platform. It even offers clarification on what to enter where.
