First, Plenty of Fish billing department phone number is: 1-888-345-4454 . I called them to request that they refund my credit card after not being able to search some age groups using the search feature. They limit what age ranges you can search for profiles. So from the start, the app is already defective.

This is a total scam ! Even if a profile looks real, it's likely been cloned or these scammers can send messages from it somehow. After you started a conversation, you can tell by their grammar and shady answers that they aren't real. Complete rip off.

I wouldn’t even give POF one star. I find the site to be a meat market without having to go out physically to meet someone. Personalities are completely different to how a user acts when chatting on this site. Drugs are illegal so why have that option on the registration page. It’s the worst dating site ever!

The site itself is fine. Its their customer service that's abysmal. My upgraded account keeps getting hacked, and they do nothing about it. Because there is no customer service unless you want to upgrade or spend money on something. Their service would actually have to greatly improve just to climb to the rank of pretty horrible service.

So many scammers on this site every day I jumped on. At least 10 a day it’s ridiculous. Makes it very hard to find anyone genuine at all. Have to make a new account everyday as POF won’t take my password when I log on it’s madness.

I requested within 50 miles and not one was from my state even. Thousands of miles away. Also I entered ages 75 to 86 and the profiles they sent me were 30 years younger. I upgraded as asked to by POF and they didn't upgrade me. The site was a complete waste of my time.

I used plenty of fish for a few years when i was younger. I did meet a few friends only there but it seems that now a days people don't really use it much anymore or its full of fake profiles and you have to pay to really access a lot of the features.

Plenty of Fish was great until I got hacked. I tried to report this to them but couldn't because the person had taken over my sight. Had friends try to report this person but they didn't do anything about it. Never heard back from them. I would never use their dating sight again.

Completely useless. Men typically date women younger than themselves. Women age faster than men. If you use your honest age then you are stuck with older women that have become invisible to you. Worse, the women online are jaded, suspicious and unhappy. Not anyone you would want to meet.

Terrible poll of potential suitors. Also, I downloaded the app but didn't log in. I still got notifications that someone liked my profile; I hadn't even made a profile yet. So I feel like the push notifications, whether valid or not, are just there to make you open the app. User interface was pretty basic. No use in paying for premium

I tried using Plenty Of Fish for a while but it got me nowhere. Just like almost all dating sites, it was full of creeps and no "real" people. I've made the decision that the best way to meet people is in the real world, apps and sites like this are for one night stands only.
