This site is total garbage and I wasted a 6 month subscription. I would give it a zero if I could. My profile is hacked weekly and the hackers shotgun the country with messages with my profile. I get flooded with worthless messages responding to someone else's message hacks. Customer support is pitiful. I have changed passwords multiple times. Still have others using and changing my profile. OurTime is a total waste of money and time. Many other complaints but too many to list. They need to get some cyber security. Stay away from this site. No refund and unusable.

1)Tried to UPDATE my account (moved). -OurTime wouldn't allow an update! 2)Tried to change password to update info (originallly) - Our Time asked for original CC that I used to sign up with my account... (my purse was stolen. I could no longer supply that CC info. Our Time wouldn't comply. 3) Tried to CANCEL my account - Our Time " Not w/out original CC info." 4) All Bogus, start to finish. I Spamed them & unsubcribed. My Bank will block any transaction they try to make. 5) This is a BAD site. I recommend: Zoosk, Match or E- Harmony. All my friends have done well with these. I chose poorly!

Free users start a profile but never join. Those incomplete, inaccessible profiles are offered as matches every single day. The site doesn’t pay attention to my mileage and age choices, EVEN on the search where my choices are supposed to be observed. I suspect the database is a lot smaller than they suggest.

Like a dope, I was a paying member twice. It took me over a year to finally realize it's a scam, full of fake profiles. I would see the same "personal descriptions" show up on a number of different profiles, and the wordings were IDENTICAL on many of them. Each time I cancelled, I was suddenly barraged with more views and messages than I ever got when I was paying. As my final subscription was winding down, I re-worded my personal description to state that I thought that many of the profiles were fake. OurTime didn't like that and removed my post.

Two words....STAY AWAY! Do not waste your time or money on this ripoff site. The site is chock full of fake profiles and scammers. I have heard that others users have had their profiles hacked as well which resulted in the hacker contacting other members they NEVER would have made contact with. I'm frequently contacted by people who are on the other side of the country. Scammers obviously. This site does zero screening of members so you really don't know for sure who your dealing with. Don't waste your time here!

I wish I had read these reviews before I paid for a 30 day Membership. I had exactly the same come on tto get my money. I was baited with daily emails from Ourtime that I had 70 + messages waiting for me. THEY DID NOT EXIST !! As my 30 days was about to expire and I did not renew. I began receiving the same nonsense emails about all these messages that were waiting for me if I renewed. WHAT A SCAM

I looked at OT and gave basic info but did not pay to sign up. I received 80 plus messages but still did not pay to join. They finally offered me a discount price of around $35 for 6 months. So paid. Of the 80 messages, most were canned messages saying they liked my profile. I had no profile. I was attracted to 2 men who had reached out to me so contacted them. No response. Since then, I have only men with no profile pics sending their no to text. This is a total scam. Luckily I’m only out $35.

If I could read it with zero stars I would! This company is a total scam. I found it through my Facebook. It was advertised as a Christian dating site with a different name and once I signed up for and paid I was purchasing Ourtime.com!! I’m not happy at all. I am a paying customer with them as I paid for three months this morning. I want my money back! It’s false advertisement. They advertised one dating site and then directed me to the purchase for this one. And just to add… After skimming through several profiles I did not find one Christian man!

I am not a member of this site but someone is using my photos on their site. A friend of mine saw my photos and let me know immediately that he was an impostor. I have emailed the Customer Service several times with snapshots of my photos and this persons profile. They have done nothing to assist me at all in removing my photos. They clearly are not concerned about my privacy and the scammer on this site.

You don't even have the freedom to answer the multiple questions on ur own thoughts and feelings ur giving a choice of answers weather you agree with them or not and if you don't choose one of there answers they do it for you.. The rating I would give OurTime is negative 10 ! The technical support staff is ineffective and inefficient. After no less than 5 attempts to gain access to my paid account and 5 interactions with customer service and technical support I cancelled my account due to the poor service. Also the lack of appropriate people was not satisfactory they do little or don’t at all vet the verosity of the people on their site. Over all I found the site severely lacking .

I am tall and highly educated so I would like to be able to narrow my choices to other tall and highly educated people. This is not possible. Since I live in a very mixed area I am getting 100's of matches with people are are much too short and not educated at all and not remotely good matches for me. This makes it very difficult to use their site. Awful. I don't see why anyone would pay for this site.

Most women 95% will not and do not respond to emails that are very kind and considered. I have tried different sites over the pass 10 years and that’s enough. I will be leaving OurTime within a couple weeks when my subscription is completed, just left Match last week. Not necessary OurTimes problem but they need to get those women off the site when they are not using it, just for something for them to do. Very easy, if they women do not reply, OurTime could follow the return emails then knock them off this site because we are being used for entertainment. Rick

Over inflated numbers for views. Over inflated supposed matches. Repeated same matches multiple times. Sent connections for women when I only selected men. Hacked profile happened after 10 days. Specified local area; got many from very far away. Reported numerous scam type profiles from fake, hacked or stolen profiles. Owned by Match . com Members/matches with fake phone numbers or message only type numbers. Worst site ever.

Minus. BEWARE. This site has criminal predators whose only goal is to con you, then beat you, hit, smash, rape, attack, and falsely accuse you when you get an order to get them out and away. Tried to kill me. When I called OurTime and asked them to remove him, all they did was call him and let him threaten his victim to recant or he would kill her. OURTIME cost over $150,00 in injuries, and horrible experience. This perpetrator is still on PeopleMedia sites trolling for more prey.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Virtually every contact I got--at least 95%+--was from fake profiles. Thy should change the name to Our Time in Nigeria. Absolutely worthless site, and I won't even mention the horrible design and navigation. I was able to get a full refund halfway through the month by saying I'd dispute the charge with my bank. Also avoid all their (equally horrible) sister sites like MarrigeMindedPeople, etc.

I closed my account. the first woman I met was a scammer. I told them to shut down my account and they continue to harass me with email blitz. this site has no value and if you give them your info, you are screwed. I have emailed them every day asking them to close my account and they refuse . these are nasty opportunist. do not join this site!!!!!!@ you will be very sorry.

I have never experienced so many fake profiles until I joined this site. Absolutely amazing the number of fake profiles. I'm baffled why anyone would want to subscribe to Ourtime and if your'e chatting and messaging most likely your communicating with a computer. Someone interested in you have them call or better yet request their number. I guarantee most not all you'll never hear from. Don't waste a dime on this site. I GIVE A 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE'S NO LOWER OPTION.

I tried OurTime just to find out if it was legit I messaged over 100 women women I have a picture on my profile I'm not leading man handsome but not Quasimodo either lol I got zero responses which makes me think all the profiles are fake glad I only paid for one month also they make it very difficult to cancel automatic renewal

They don't listen to requirements. The contacts that they sent me did not come any where near my listed requirements. I've tried to cancel payments but it's a minefield. Our Time make it so difficult, you think you have unsubscribed & they continue to take payments. I've had to ask the bank to block future payments. Scam artists come to mind

Overall poor experience. Same matches are shown over and over on a loop, there seems to be no "matching" based on profiles more like random people. Lots of fake profiles and people looking for hookups. Non-existant customer service.

I don't know if our time is just incompetent or if ripping of customers is part of its business model. After I unsubscribed someone scammed my account and our time renewed my subscription without my permission. I contacted customer service and they couldn't have been less helpful.

To many scammers and fake profiles. My first 4 encounters were scammers. Some of these men looked awful. How do they expect to attract someone if they don’t put decent pictures. Also why put pictures of pets and scenery. Site very hard to navigate. Don’t waste your money.

I joined a few weeks ago. Turned off auto review. 70 percent or more are scammers. They send you matches from other states. If you do not pay for the boost i do not think you get viewed. This fee is for tokens. They are separate from the Membership. All about the monies. I would not recommend paying for this site.

Do yourself a favor, flush $35.00 down the toilet, send yourself fake 500 emails (and 5 legit that match none of your "preferences"), and then spend several hours that you'll never get back, managing your now bombarded web mail.

Bad experience overall. Same matches day after day. Not sure if they were even true profiles! One such profile was a fraud and I only found out after days of messages back and forth. After a month no real communication with anyone ... not one single message? Very disappointed!

I had what I thought was a nice conversation going that suddenly was cut off. The app would no longer let me "send" my reply. Then whenever I tried to see the lady's profile I got a solicitation for an upgrade or a gift to her. No explanation. I can still see her under the solicitations so I don't think she blocked me. I am a paid up member.
