Variety of Products

Compared to other window replacement companies, Renewal by Andersen offers a wide variety of replacement windows and window installation services across all 50 states. They offer to replace and to install many different types of windows and doors. A free consultation is also available if you are not sure what style and fit you need for your home. During the consultation a professional from Renewal by Andersen will help you to decide what product fits your needs best. Installation professionals will take care of the rest. And on top of all of this you are guaranteed a limited 20-year warranty on all replacement windows and window installation services.

Helpful Mobile App

Renewal by Andersen provides a mobile app to make experience more enjoyable if you are using your phone to order their product. The app was created to solve the problem homeowners face with having to imagine what the company's windows might look like on their home. This becomes even more difficult when colors, types, grille styles, and hardware come into play. The app generates a 3D rendering of your home based on photos you upload. From there, homeowners are able to visualize specific windows directly on their phone, making the window buying process that much easier.

Time in Business

Renewal by Andersen has been in operation for over 100 years. They have developed a brand that is trusted by their customers and their employees. If you are looking for a company that has a lot of experience in the window and door renewal, this is a company you can't pass by.

They offer a wide variety of product and services to meet all of the needs that you might have for doors and windows in your home. And with a new mobile app, you have the option to use 3D design tool to imagine the impact new windows and doors might have on your home. However, they do not disclose the prices on services on their website. To receive a quote you must request free in-home consultation. Make sure to research window reviews in order to determine customer satisfaction of each new window company.

Met them at the zoo and filled out for their free window contest, I didn’t win but they called me later to see if I was interested in buying new windows. Their sales team is very friendly and will answer all your questions. I like how they make sure you need to actually replace your windows instead of trying to sell you something you don’t need. They are a good company that follows up with you to make sure you have everything you need.

Recently the lawn mower plugged a rock through the front window of the house. We have double-pane glass windows and fortunately, the rock went through one pane, not both. I called around. I contacted Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia. They had an agent contact me about a free estimate on a replacement pane. Some places wanted to replace the entire window. That is costly and unnecessary. They can measure the glass, special order a cut piece, and bring it out to the residence for installation. Time and cost savings.

We had bought a foreclosed home and the windows were "new' as in less than 10 years old but on windy day we could hear and feel air coming through the sealed windows so we requested quotes and Renewal by Andersen provided us with a fair estimate. They were able to schedule us within a few weeks and completed the job in a timely manner with professionalism and quality. I would highly recommend them.

I had a window and also a sliding glass door replaced a few years ago and we went with Anderson because of the good reputation. So far both are holding up and functioning perfectly. No condensation in between the glass, like we had with the old ones and they open and close like a dream. Will definitely use them again. The only negative about the company are the door-to-door salespeople who are very pushy and always arrive at exactly the wrong time.

I purchased 9 windows last year. They are nice looking and cuts down on the noise. The only thing I don’t like about them is they don’t have the safety feature where I can leave them open a little bit while I’m gone but can’t be opened all the way

The company has replaced up to 10 windows of my house. I feel the quality of the new window is great. The installation work of those windows was well-done. I can not say the price is impressive, but, the windows are great.

My experience with Renewal by Anderson was NOT good. I believe in their quality windows but it was more the scheduling that was poor and the prices of the windows are extravagantly high. I understand the quality but it’s too much! Financing helps but it’s like paying for a full blown kitchen on a set of windows. All in it’s not their quality of product but more their high prices and their practice of getting into your home to pitch you. Ty

Their prices are insanely high. We got quotes from them and others and they were 2 to 3 times higher. They claim superior products, however, everyone says their products are the best. I just couldn't believe their prices.

Windows are decent, but if you have a problem with one don't think the "lifetime" warranty will be any good. I've been stalled, left on hold for multiple hours on the phone, ignored, and straight up lied to about someone coming to look at the issue.
