When told you have a lifetime warranty and call in to get some cloudy windows fixed, and told its been to long! Just what does lifetime mean? Not real happy!

Reply from Milgard

Hi Darlene - All the details of our Full Lifetime Warranty are available on our website. The warranty applies to the homeowner who purchases the windows. I'm sorry if the previous owner did not make that clear to you, or, provide you with a copy of the warranty upon the purchase of your home. If you have questions, I can help you at . Thank you.
