My favorite part about m&t bank was their website. When we were looking to purchase our first home we used the website and I liked that everything was a step by step process. The explanations for each step were clear and easy to understand which helped me not to feel as stressed with the process of buying a home.

We had a home loan that ended up being sold to M&T Bank. We had a few issues during the transition but after things were settled we were very happy with the product. The transition was the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Customer Service was wonderful in the process.
