I refinanced with Better Mortgage over the summer, and it was an easy and relatively quick process.
Aside from one phone call early on, the entire process was completed online, and the closing took place in our driveway.
The website is great, and it is easy to upload documents and keep track of tasks that need to be completed.

Had a bad experience refinancing with Better plus they owe me $550 that they sent to a closed account and now tell me they can’t reissue the payment and my bank says it was returned to them. So right now they owe me! Good luck people
