This company, without even notifying us, chose two transactions to “review with risk management” and proceeded to freeze all monies coming into our bank account. Although they have no legal right to just keep over $10,000 in transactions, they are refusing to release any funds from any transactions. Not just the two transaction that they decided to review, which by the way means calling our clients and harassing them. Because of this we are unable to pay our bills, we have most likely lost two very good, long time clients, and our business has been financially affected in multiple ways.

rates too high, after multiple communication, the customer rep just ask me to call. I am a small restaurant owner, do not have the luxury to call all the time or pickup calls. What is so hard to just write me an email, explain the numbers, and propose me a solution.
