Even if I accidentally hit the button, they are there for me instantly. The ambulance even came to me when I was in a church service. They always respond instantly.

I would like it to be smaller and more inconspicuous. I don't want people knowing I have it, and it shows under my clothing. I would like them to call me and check in on me every once in a while.

Every time I have called, LifeStation has been very quick to respond, very helpful, and very considerate. The only downside is sometimes the device accidentally goes off.

I like the easiness of the device. I don't have to push a lot of numbers to talk to them, I can just press one and get a hold of someone very quickly.

This is better than some of the other ones because you can be outside and if you accidentally set it off you can answer them without somebody showing up unknowingly.

It is a little bigger than what they told me, but it is efficient. It seems to work well, and the fall detection has worked appropriately. They respond fairly quickly and answer my questions when I call.

They responded not too quickly, maybe like 30 seconds. But when they responded to even the test, they notify everybody on the alert list without telling them it's a test or not.

It's quite touchy. I lean over on it and it says that it detects a fall. I'd wear it more if it wasn't so sensitive but it works out fine when I do have it on.

I have talked to them several times when it's gone off and we've had a really good response from the company. The only complaint that I've had is having someone take care of our text messaging and they haven't done it yet.

It seems like when I need them they are there. I get a lot of help when I call them, and my questions are answered I just wish they could be more helpful. They sent me the home device when I was waiting for the device I take with me when I'm not home, so I had to carry the first one around for a while.

I'm not happy with it. I mean I can't wear it at night to sleep because if I turn around and lay on my stomach the paramedics call. So I can't live like that so I don't wear it. It's too sensitive; it goes off every time I try to sleep with it. The customer service is attentive because the button goes off. They're always calling and call me back and make sure you are okay.

Many of our button presses are accidental, so we make sure to be as kind as possible with our users so that they can continue to feel peace of mind with our device.

They've been pretty good. I've never had any problems when things are not working right, they've worked with me on it. I've been sent out new units right away. They are very helpful. It's pretty good, I guess I wouldn't mind if it was a little bit lighter.

I have had a problem when I felt really hard and I was really upset because I needed taking care of to get the ambulance here and it takes so long, like 5 times before they answer, so I was unhappy with that so they sent me a new device. They said to call and get it activated. It took me several times of calling because everyone was busy, busy. I'm looking for something else.

Seems to me that sometimes they are not really quick at answering any kind of emergency call that I make. One time, I inadvertently pressed the button. The sirens went off and I waited for someone to call me so I could tell them it was a mistake, but they took a while.

It's a little slow when they mailed out the replacement for my charger and the same thing happened on my unit. If they're too long in getting it here, because if you really need it you'd be in trouble.
