My issue is that I had asked for it to be delivered in front of my house which was an option. And it was left in the middle of my lawn and my box was dented. I canceled my subscription for further boxes. No one was home and anyone could have taken it off my lawn.

I enjoyed Hellofresh until I had to deal with their customer service. They conveniently had “technical issues” when it came to skipping weeks, but no issues charging me. I was so fed up with having to straighten it out and waste food that I canceled altogether. They charged me AGAIN. Now I’m still trying to get them to remove the charge. I will be switching to another meal service that doesn’t make me feel like they’re scamming me.

The meals are a bit more “fancy” than I’m used to, but they tasted pretty good. I remember the prep time to be longer than I had expected. It took too long to make the meals. The service was also fairly expensive.

It's a good service if you are super busy. The problem with these meal plans is the foods claim to be healthy, but are PACKED with sodium. Know the nutrition facts before you buy!

Hello fresh is a bunch of thieves... Refused to return money for a transaction that was unauthorized, even when it was found an hour after it posted then claimed they couldnt find it.... They did this twice in 2 days.... I got the first refunded... then the next day they charged me again... They stole my kids christmas money..... And im rightfully pissed.... They have been heehawing all week about if the charge existed even when the fraking food showed up to my door.... Then since the obviously wouldnt take it back, we made one of the recipes and i got freaking food poisoning!!!!

HelloFresh has its good and bad parts. First off, it is a bit pricey for the quality. It also has some meals that are very tasty and some that are very bland. The food is mostly healthy and is nicely packaged, which is helpful too.

the meal plans are very expensive for me but I loved the recipes and the fact that they always arrived on time. the food portions are kinda weird though. The rice portion I received was very little but I got a big thing of onions.

After four weeks of using Hello Fresh and I canceled my account. The first week the food came warm and ice was fully melted at 9 p.m. I was able to bend the carrots completely over and they didn't break. Complained in a response to an email they sent since I couldn't find any contact info. No response, but the delivery came earlier thereafter and wasn't thawed anymore. Each week I had some vegetable concern and after two weeks of emailing with no response, I gave up.

We tried out 3 meals with HelloFresh. The food was good but expensive and preparation was a lot of work. Overall it wasn't worth the price for us and it wasn't a timesaver. We are elderly and we didn't find the service helpful.

HelloFresh delivers delicious recipes, but it is overpriced. If you are new to cooking and can afford this service, I would try it out, but it is much more costly than purchasing ingredients for similar recipes at the grocery store. I also do not recommend this service for households greater than 2 people.

We did a trial of Hello Fresh. I enjoyed the food. It was fresh and convenient. It was a little too pricey for a large family. It would be very convenient for anyone in a city with a busy lifestyle. The food was high quality and delicious. If it had been less expensive, we would have continued using the program.

Dont understand how reviews describe Hello Fresh meals as healthy. Pasta, cheese, pork, and beef were on many meals offered. My wife thought it would be a great idea. I tried two meals. Coconut rice and baby green beans were horrible. NO thank you. Canceled the first week.
