Although I'm understanding about the amount of theft that happens in the makeup section of Walmart, I feel like I'm constantly being watched while shopping there. I also dislike that you have to purchase makeup at a specific cash register before leaving the area.

I have ordered many times, the last time I paid for shipping and never received my order and had to wait many days to get my money back! Reordered and shipping is slow and items purchased are not complete as 1 ring out of 2 was missing. In addition, I purchased a new concealer, it was good, no leakage. I don't think buying makeup from Walmart is a good idea since I've heard many reviews saying that they are not good quality and actually make you break out.

Walmart’s Makeup stores have a lot of items but it is always a mess. Not organized and just junky. It takes Walmart employees forever to come to that part of the store for customer assistance.

When I go to the makeup counter there is hardly anyone there that is able to assist me.

They have some stuff but they need to restock more and desperately need more options for women of color!
