I had such high hopes for this mascara but it did not deliver. Clumps of mascara on the ends of lashes, second coat makes it worse. I wish I knew the secret from those who say this mascara is great. Any tips would be appreciated. I really want this to work.

Well, I have ZERO experience with the product. Why am I giving it a one star you ask? Because I ordered it back in JUNE and have STILL NOT RECEIVED IT!!!!! Here it is almost 4 months and I had completely forgotten about it. I knew I had ordered it but couldn't remember what I ordered. Found it today and realized I never got it. :(

I bought the Thrive Causemetics semi permanent eyeliner. I was so excited! Don’t waste your money. It didn’t even last for 2 hours. $7.00 dollar Revlon lasts longer. I'm very, very disappointed.

Their return policy is horrible you can't go direct I waited on their 1-800 number was left with NOTHING but an EMAIL telling me someone would get back in, GET THIS, 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS!!!!! That's just to talk, nothing about ordering numbers! I love their product, but if anyone needs a return get ready for a long process!

I returned this so called extension mascara after less than a day. It does not compare to Rimmel’s Lash Accelerator with an inexpensive primer under it! To make matters worse they never even refunded my money! No wonder they give to other women since they steal from women to do so! Liars and thieves!!

I purchased 3 lipsticks and 2 lip liners. 2 of the lipstick colors look exactly the same but have different names. I have never had to keep re- applying lipstick as much as necessary with this product. Does not last 1 hour even. So disappointed!!! Waste of money. NEVER PURCHASE These lipsticks, rip-off.

I bought the mascara and it looked great after 3 coats. 2 hours later it all pulled off in a solid chunk on my right eye. I didn't use lotion or sweat or cry.. nothing.. I went to return it and they only give you a store credit or a fraction of what you pay. Learn from my mistake

I kept seeing the Thrive ads pop up and decided to try the mascara. It didn't work well for me. I have been a Lancome Definicils user for all my adult life and am returning to that mascara. The Thrive faked, fakes got in my eyes and I wear contacts. Not so good, plus I get a greater impact from Lancome.

I want to tell everyone that the reason the actual Thrive Causemetics Website has such great reviews is because they won't "approve" the review if you write a negative one. I just tried writing a tasteful but negative review and it hasn't posted. I ordered the mascara and eyeliner and never got the items!

So I have to respond to Alicia G. stating we negative reviewers must not know how to correctly apply products. You’re kidding, right. Apparently this rinky dink company is probably invading this web site, that offers HONEST reviews, to add their superlative reviews. There dishonest tactics are nauseating.

Bad customer service. I emailed them numerous times that I didn’t receive my products and got a generated email that someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Never got a response. I am a first time customer and was excited to try their products. Very disappointed.

I was really excited to try the products! When I did, the eyebrow pencil broke on the first try!! The mascara made my eyes burn all day and when I washed it off, my eyelashes came with it!!! I emailed the company immediately and asked for a refund and have not heard anything back yet. It has been about 3 days.

Don’t fall for the good reviews on Facebook!!! The mascara burning my eyes!!! It’s Itchy and I needed eye drop to help! I thought I was the problem but after reading the reviews here I know for sure that their mascara is not good!!!!!

Terrible, clumpy mascara! Not as advertised. Overpriced. Messy to apply. I’ve never had a worse mascara. I feel like I’ve been completely had by this company. All the 5 stars reviews on their site seem fishy. I havn’t seen my own poor review posted on their site yet - not surprising! Don’t waste your money!

Good morning, I received my order on 3/08/18 and have to report how disappointed I am with the mascara. After trying twice, both on separate occasions, the mascara flaked off leaving a mess on my cheeks and without mascara. I contacted the company and to date, have not received a response.

I ordered the thrive Infinity Waterproof eyeliner which is supposed to be semi-permanent. It is not semi-permanent and the tip broke the first time I used it so not real impressed. I am truly disappointed as I was hoping I had found an eyeliner that was better that what I have used in the past.

I bought the big lipstick triple threat color stick, received today and unimpressed. The lipstick was gone after one drink of my coffee. Not only NOT long lasting but leaves a metal taste in my mouth. I would not buy again, especially the cost is outrageous. Check ingredients beforehand as well. I did not.

I believed all of the social media hype and bought three products. All three major fails. Such high prices for products that can easily surpassed by drugstore products. Not only that, the company was a total pain about the refunds.

Hoping to finally find an eyeliner that does not run or smear. Thrive lost. I purchased two, one for my best friend and one for myself. We are both very disappointed that they run and smear jus like other brands. $44 plus shipping out the window. Very disappointed.

The eyeliner that they advertise will last all day DOES NOT! It is the worst eyeliner and it lasts about one hour you look like you have black eyes. The highlighting stick is no better! SAVE YOUR MONEY! They will only give you a refund if you mail back within 14 days. You pay for the shipping!

0 stars is generous - wish I could give it a negative rating. At $22 per eyeliner, the product shouldn't break or crumble when being gently (and normally) used. Wildly overpriced, not all that, and equal to any $5 drug store eyeliner I could have gotten in both quality and use. Never again will I be ripped off by this company.

The semipermanent eyeliner is a bunch of baloney. It's semiwaterproof. But it does rub off, smear, run and washes off without any effort. in fact it was totally gone by the time i wanted to wash it off anyway. There's nothing even 1% permanent about it. From the advertising you'd think it stays on for a few days.

I wish I had read these reviews before wasting $22 on this eyeline. I bought this specifically to line the inside rim of my eyes like they advertised and I cannot even get the color to transfer onto the rim. It's maddening to see how great it seems to work in their video, but in real life not so much. I'd like my $22 back.

Eyeliner is a waste of money. Doesn't perform as advertised. I reviewed it on their Facebook page and they removed my cooments and blocked me from commenting. Facebook is how I discovered the product so it seemed appropriate to review there. SCAM!!

I ordered the product and never heard from them. I asked for a shipping number and was giving a phony tracking number. I have opened a dispute with paypal, but so far nothing. I called the number and it went straight to voicemail. Very disappointed and wish I had google first!

Thrive's $26 plus shipping cost lip gloss is terrible. Ads show deep, rich color & long wear. Color was light even after 2 coats & long lasting, after 2 hours without eating or drinking, the color was gone. Thrive solution, due 3 coats. At $30+ a bottle, no thanks.

The waterline eyeliner barely shows up on my waterline and comes off within an hour. Urban decay works better. The mascara... better luck with drugstore brands and primer. It also burns my eyes.

The eyeliner is a joke. You can get a better eyeliner from L’Oréal for a fraction of the cost. And forget about returns. They made it so difficult that a return is a big hassle.

Thrive liquid lash extensions melted my eye lashes half way off!! I used to have longer fuller lashes and after using this product for not even 1 week my lashes are 50% thinner and half the length they used to be!!! I’m devastated. I used one of their eye shadow palates and liked it so I figured the mascara would be great...#nomorelashes ?????‍♀️
