I've purchased a few beauty tools from Sally's and have been happy with them. I'm a little intimidated inside the store with some of the products, but that's more me than the actual store.

The quality of the product is good, but the prices are a little bit too high. The employees there are also not helpful at all. They don't know a lot about the products and aren't willing to help at all. They rarely come up and ask if you need help. They expect you to approach them.
