Sally Beauty Supply is the only makeup store we reviewed that doesn't offer a free membership to its loyalty program. In addition, customers can only take advantage of the 15% off rewards if they spend at least $25.00 in a month, whereas other makeup stores simply provide discounts after a specific number of points have been accumulated over time. Although Sally Beauty Supply offers a thorough selection of hair and nail products, the makeup selection is minimal compared to other makeup stores we reviewed. Sally Beauty Supply doesn't offer some of the most popular makeup brands like L'Oreal, Urban Decay, M.A.C. or CoverGirl. Customers who are seeking specific brands or a larger variety of makeup products to choose from may prefer a larger makeup retailer like ULTA or Sephora. Unlike many of their competitors, Sally Beauty Supply Supply does not have a mobile app. However, the website is optimized for mobile browsing, so the lack of an app may only be an issue for users who were hoping to use additional tools and features that apps like L'Oreal's offer.

I love Sally Beauty. It has been difficult to find the things I need lately due to the pandemic. I ordered some essentials online and wasn't too impressed with that process. It took way longer than stated, my order arrived in 4 different shipments, and i was missing items. When I contacted customer service there were great to work with abs quickly got the rest of my order sent out. I still feel this is a fantastic company and will remain a loyal customer.

Sally's is a good place for basic beauty supplies. I get my hair irons there, and I get nail polish too. It has some makeup, but it isn't the place to go for makeup. They don't have a very large inventory of makeup.

I like Sally's for my beauty supply needs. I really like the ion product line. The smoothing cream makes my hair so soft and protects it from heat. I ran out and my hair felt dried out and not soft at all. As soon as I started using it again my hair was back to feeling amazing.
