I couldn’t be happier in regards to my experience with Freedom Plus. Kathi F is the best! She went above and beyond to help me out. Her friendly easygoing demeanor and positive attitude helped convince me that Freedom Plus was the right choice. After one phone conversation with Kathi I had gained so much confidence and trust in her that I just need my request would be approved. She gives new meaning to the words customer service. Every phone call I made to her answered and every email I sent was replied to in a very prompt manner. Without her help, I don’t know what I would have done.
