This company was super easy to work with. The customer service is top notch. The lady who I dealt with was calling or emailing in a timely manner to gather all needed materials to process/close the loan. From start to finish, the process was extremely smooth. We got a great interest rate. Freedom Plus wanted us to focus on what was important to us and that is debt freedom. I would recommend them to anyone who is focus driven to reach financial goals.

From start to loan fund FreedomPlus made the experience easy. Sergio was awesome to work with and answered all of my questions. Our loan funded in 2 business days and our credit card companies received their payments directly from FreedomPlus within 6-9 days. If I would've known how easy it was and how much money we'd be saving each month I would've done this earlier!

I am totally satisfied my entire experience! I had the pleasure of having Kathi as my representative. Her professionalism, organization, knowledge and empathy did much to make my experience beneficial and worthwhile. If your credit is Good to Excellent, the interest rate is almost a gift. No hidden charges nor song and dances. Terms are friendly and affordable to meet your financial needs and the service is outstanding . Ask Kathi to be your Rep!!

Outstanding service thus far! Mr E was very thorough in answering my questions. My credit is fair, and I make a decent living, but the times put me in a position that I let my credit card balances go too high. They have not paid anything off yet as we just started the process, but it is in the works. From the first time I returned Mr. Es call, three days went by, and I signed the contract. My advice to anyone applying for a loan, is ensure your ducks are in a row. Have your intel ready, and they will expedite the process. I recommend Freedom Plus. Thank you Freedom Plus.

Adan N was our loan consultant, and he was WONDERFUL! He was very knowledgeable, respectful, understanding of our needs and the reason we wanted to do this. It was a very easy procedure to go through, and thankfully, one that did not require much paperwork at all. We were able to get everything done the same day within a short amount of time. I would recommend FreedomPlus to anyone who would want a painless way to apply for a loan, and have it addressed in an expeditious manner with courteous people.

This is the easiest application for a Personal Loan that I ever experience. No Hidden fees. Thanks to my FreedomPlus Loan consultant, Mr. Oscar A for making it into a smooth transaction. I am a 3X Discover Personal Loan Borrower Member but FreedomPlus rate that I got is unbelievable. Discover Personal Loans given rate to me is so outrageous. I will highly recommend FreedomPlus to my friends and family. From now on, FreedomPlus will be my # 1 choice of Lender.

I had given up on the loan process my two banks turned me down even though I’ve been with them for more than five years and more than 20 years!! I tired “the leading” lender and they turned me down. So when freedom plus askedbifbibwas still interested in the loan I almost turned them down. With in minutes I had a loan and my plans to consolidate became a reality. And I have a good job and a secure source of income! I feel freed!!! Pardon the pun.

I had a great experience with Daniel M. He explained each and every point with me. We discussed what I needed the loan to do . He was there every step of the way and was great when I expressed my nervousness to do this. I now have a sense of relief knowing that my interest rates aren't going to be piling up on me and that once 3 years hits, I will be debt free.

I would recommend Freedom Plus to everyone! I was at a low point in my life when I found them! I needed help. I was so depressed financially and had almost given up. It was almost too good to be true. I can’t say enough about how much they helped me. From the agreement apr, payment and terms I made one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time! I’m rating them six stars out of five!!!

The process was much easier than expected. I worked with Mr. B on my loan and he was helpful, supportive, and made the process painless. I've had my loan for about 4 months and I've had no complaints. Direct withdrawal has gone smooth and I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. I love that I can finally pay off my higher interest credit cards in a short amount of time. I would definitely use FreedomPlus again if I have a future need.

Freedom Plus was a life saver for me and my family. I had too many credit cards and personal loans with high payments. Freedom Plus gave a a loan to pay all my creditors and even put some money in my pocket and now I have just one payment! They delivered exactly what they promised and Kenneth W was such a pleasure to work with! He made it so easy and even helped me get the documents need to him without even leaving my house and as promised I had the money in my account in just a couple days!

From first outreach to signing the contract my experience has been excellent. Jamie B was fantastic at making sure I understood every step of the loan process and the specifics of the loan, and I always felt like I was in good hands. She and her team worked expeditiously and efficiently, and all in all I can't believe how easy and hassle-free the process was. This was easily the best experience I've had conversing with any company.

I cannot attest to every detail of the company, but I was very pleased at the communication, truth in disclosure about fees and interest. My situation required additional steps, but Jamie was awesome in being patient and working with me. Every experience will not be the same, but I did not feel like I was being sold a bad product, nor did I feel pressure to rush into something. That was important to me, and I hope others get a representative such as mine, so their experience is equally pleasant.

I was frustrated last week about Freedom Plus, and wrote a negative review. However the company eventually made the situation right. I had made a payment early that was applied to the principal, not that month's payment. The first customer service agent wasn't very helpful—told me that she would ask management about reclassifying the payment but also took an adversarial approach. I had to call again to get someone's attention on the matter. However, that second customer service agent was very friendly and expedited my request, getting the payment reclassified in 1 business day.

I have never used any lender other than credit cards and my bank before finding FreedomPlus, I wanted to pay off a high interest loan and contacted them on an impulse to see what they could do to help me not thinking I would do business with them. My first contact with them went extremely well assisted by a very helpful agent. She conducted her questionnaire on me and said she would get back to me. The results were very pleasing to me and I ended up taking a loan at a very satisfactory rate. I recommend them.

Due to situation where we had co-signed on a home for a family member and it turned out to be disaster, per legal advice the only solution was to declare bankruptcy. This still lingers on credit score and my own bank would not loan me $10,000 even though we own $385,000 home. Freedom Plus had us approved and moving forward in one day and their customer service was excellent. Our personal rep was really great!

I was in dire need of a consolidation loan. I applied to many different lending companies who promptly denied my request. Then I heard from Freedom Plus, who initially said they couldn't help me, but took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to get approved. It was a simple fix that no one else even bothered to explain. I followed the directions and was approved the next day! Thank you so much Freedom Plus for taking the time to actually help me. I will definitely recommend their services to anyone wanting to work with a company that cares about people.

I moved on to Freedom plus, in less than 12 hours I was talking to a loan officer and signing documents. Interest rates reasonable and took care of my payoffs loans I wanted to consolidate. It's sad that a couple dissatisfied customers can drag down their ratings! Most of them are 5's and you can't have 5's without having awesome Loan Consultants. Anthony P., Senior Loan Consultant, was so upfront and efficient and the process was so convenient I did it at work. Even though I was approved, Anthony gave me some good tips to increase my credit score after a forclosure in 2010. The rate is so much lower than the cards being paid off, and the payment lower than the combined payments I make monthly now. So I'm overly satisfied with the customer care and results.
