I tried to log on to get me statement and it says I am not valid. I guess that means I don't owe you anything right? Maybe you should correct this problem if you want any more money from me. Also called customer service and it still doesn't work.

Customer service is terrible, I tried to call my loan officer three times and emailed him, no response, after I sent my contract into him.. then called the main line and the woman was rude saying they are busy, and kept trying to talk over me when I was trying to ask a question.

Very fast & friendly service. I thought the interest rate was fairly high. 21,48%, but we needed the money for home improvements.

Really gave me the run around, was collecting documents for almost a month and each time I provided the documents asked for, the promise of the contract to sign was given, only to be followed by more requests for more documentation. Then finally the loan request was denied. Credit score of 738. They really wasted my time.

Called customer service and instead of speaking to a live person, was directed to voicemail. Having a lot of difficulty logging into account to find payoff balance. Would never recommend this company due to terrible customer service.

I'm having problem with them paying another loan and now I owe on both of them. One of the representatives that I dealt with was in a hurry to give me the loan, but never replied to emails or phone messages about the pay off in another loan. This has been a stressful company to deal with.

Don't reply to any letters you receive from this company telling you that you are approved for a loan. We have ( had before they hit our credit check) very good credit rates and they disapproved us. This is not a good idea for for a loan

As suspected during the initial loan process and getting setup the phone calls to me didn't stop with the loan officer as well as the immediate email followup after account setup. Once you have an account setup, its pretty much gone radio silent My several attempts via email for questions regarding payments have not been replied to.

you were easy to get a loan, even though it had a "come-on" rate, that YOU DID NOT give me, in the loan...then you INSIST on E accounting, but your system won't LET me access my account......what a CRAPPY WAY TO DO Business!!!! PLEASE...just send me paper statements, so I can take care of the LOAN!!

horrible online login. You must keep your username written down and can't see bills without it. I can't reset or find anywhere that contains my login. Now i can't access my account or see my statements.
