Easy, fast, transparent. The only thing that snuck up on me was the $288-ish origination fee on $5,500. But the interest rate was much better than my credit cards, so still worth it.

Process was pretty easy, however I was quoted a rate of 10.99% and when my loan was approved it was 11.99% despite my stellar credit. Very disappointed. The origination fee was almost $1,200 on a $30,000 loan, seems very excessive. I feel like I just borrowed money from a shady person in a back room of a sketchy bar or something. The origination fee is high, the interest rate is higher than what I was quoted. Thankfully, there is no penalty for paying the loan off early and the rate is a flat rate ( I think) and not an adjustable one, we'll find out. Only two saving graces.

We're sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied. There may be an occasion where consumers elect to modify their loan based on the information we've gathered during the verification process. In this case, consumers are provided with the new terms before accepting the new loan offer which may be different than the offer they got before. Credit decisions are based on many factors, including credit history and the information provided in the loan application such as income, employment and other key financial ratios. If you'd like to discuss your concerns further, please feel free to give us a call at 855-282-6353.
