Quick and easy responses. My only suggestion is better trained customer service reps. Very kind but repeated the same info several times. Just seemed to fumble through the process to verify my information.

Very easy to use and a great app and system. BUT I have had a couple loans in my day and that origination fee is not ok. My loan was for a specific amount “that I needed” which I now will not receive because you charged me a fee? I am narrowing money that I’ll pay back with interest so why would you need an “origin fee” ? Future barrows make sure this is ok for you

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Please be assured that it is outlined in a customer's Truth In Lending Disclosure statement that they are presented before accepting a loan, that one may be charged an Origination Fee. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to give us a call at 855-282-6353.
