It used to be the #1 job-seeking website, but too many deceptive job ads are posted there. I lost interest in this site and it has been YEARS since I've visited. The name of it was a terrible idea by whoever created it. Monster?? Really??

Pretty good app. Has a lot of good business training tips and job opportunities. Not quite as many jobs listed as some other sites, though. Still a good app.

When I first graduated college, I didn't have a job, and randomly put my resume on Monster. The next day I got called for an interview for a potential job!!

Avoid this site! I got call's from random strangers out of state who didn't even speak proper English. I was getting phone call's of jobs i didn't even apply for. It was a joke! Do not sign a contract with them, thats all they care about is the signature and after that it is difficult trying to get a hold of someone.

Site seems to be overloaded with information and sometimes misleading with job information(vague). Lots available but require3s a lot of sorting.

Monster has a lot of scammy jobs and if you upload your resume you get a lot of calls for low paying or sales positions you wouldn't be interested in.

Monster is good for finding a job, but I don't think every place uses it, so I feel like the job options are a bit limited compared to other job listing websites.

If you ever put in your information, be prepared to be spammed with emails! It's crazy how much they will email you and it's so irrelevant too.
