I used Identity Guard for many years and was pretty happy with it. Then they updated both the app and their web interface to a very clunky system and removed certain functions, such as the credit analyzer tool. I cancelled and switched to a competitor. Such a shame, as the old interface and app were very useful.

I loved the service and the protection was amazing!! I was a victim of identity theft, lifelock fixed all my problems, they took care of all the legal stuff, and helped me to get a identity theft pin number for my taxes.

I had gotten a free year of this service and four months after having the service someone had opened an account at Sam’s club in Canada while I lived in Florida. I had gotten no notice of it whatsoever and then received a bill from Sam’s Club for over $2,000. So, I don’t have anything good to say about this “identity theft protection “.
