This is by far the worst system I have ever used as a manager. Basic design and operational flaws indicating lack of design and programming expertise. Does not perform as it should and does not measure up to any standard of quality. Times are changed in error. Simple calculations of time are incorrect.

We have a few times since we worked with them. The account manager become worse in time, look like they have for small business just new entry's. Many errors and inadequate Customer Service. Better you call a friend than ask Paycor.

I gave a one star because you can't leave 0. Offer terrible customer service, never return calls, reports are inaccurate, staff is poorly trained, the list goes on and on... Save yourself time and don't use them.

PayCor is new to my company as they have just switched to them. I have the ability to access my check stubs and w-2 information from home and online which I like.

Terrible company. One of their call-in options actually hangs up on the caller. Additionally, their operator is rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

Paycor HR software is good at what it does. However I really didn't like their app and the user interface it was a little confusing.

Hi Hamid, While we understand and appreciate that the past months have not been easy, in fact it has been downright frustrating, please know our entire company is focused on righting the ship to deliver the customer support you deserve and expect. We fell down there is not getting around that. But over the last few weeks we have seen vast improvements in call times, and we will continue to see improvements. I can assure you this is 100% our entire companies focus from leadership all the way down.
