Everee has some amazing features that can be so appealing, especially during these difficult times. One, specifically, is that as the employee, you can choose how often you would like to be paid. I prefer a schedule of a couple times a month but I know many who would benefit from a weekly or more frequent pay schedule due to how they choose to budget.

I switched employers and now I get paid a day earlier. I love the fact that I don't have to go to the bank to cash a paycheck or deposit it. It's there every other Thursday. I have never had a problem with my paycheck coming in direct deposit. It's as easy as can be.

This app is poorly managed. So many issues too many to count. The staff is lovely but whomever created the app is not lovely. They advertise that you can be paid daily. After a week of work my hours were approved and I downloaded my pay - well not all of it - only 20 hours out of 24 hours worked. When I inquired about the additional 4 hours they stated I should not have been able to access funds for my approved hours, suspended my account and disallowed me the ability to add in more hours worked for this week... I am done - too much hassle

Both Everee and Rain are dedicated to helping employees manage their finances by setting their own paydays. However, Rain is an add on to your current HR software while Everee is an all-in-one platform.
Services and Features
If you’re looking for a software solution, Rain will not cut it. However, it is a nice feature you can add to your current HR software at no cost to you. Employees are charged a small service fee every time they use Rain.
Everee does not have the most robust list of features; however, it does have the features HR departments in small to medium-sized businesses require to function.
Mobile Applications
Mobile applications are becoming increasingly important as the next generation enters the workforce. Employees are used to being able to access everything from mobile devices.

Whatever HR software solution you chose should be able to grow with your company. Before deciding which solution works best for you, look at your growth projections for the next three to five years. Everee is still a new company and may continue to expand its service offerings as it grows. Rain currently advertises that it’s best for mid-sized businesses.
