Spent time in a Holiday Inn express on a recent trip to Oregon. Compared to other hotels we have stayed as. this hotel was lacking in several areas. The overall cleanliness of the room seemed to be somewhat lacking. The sinks in the bathroom and the desk tops did not appear to be clean. We took some cleaner from our car and reclined them. Instead of getting small individual bottles of lotion they had a slightly larger bottle of lotion which was partially used. We were concerned about this policy in the time of Covid 19 since we knew the outside of the bottle was contaminated by someone else touching it. When taking a shower I ran out of hot water in the evening and had to use luke warm water instead. The bedspreads appeared old and used. Would not highly recommend this to a friend.

The majority of the Holiday Inn Express's I have been in have been dirty. The faculty have been rude and do not like to attend to their customers. I found bugs on the bed and the showers were filthy.

Very hit and miss with which location you go to. Haven’t been very impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms or by the customer service. I would avoid staying here.

Convenient but you get what you pay for. Spotty TV and WiFi, but they always give you clean towels and sheets, so I can't complain too much.
