I have stayed at a Hampton Inn in about 10 different states and each one was fairly clean and reasonably priced. They have great services like pools and complimentary breakfast which makes things easier and feel more like home on the road.

I've been to several hotels from this chain and the services is satisfactory. The staff is well centered but the suits and room often possessed a dirty smell or a gritty feel. The breakfast is like most other hotels but the service behind it is good.

I recently stayed at a Hampton and was very satisfied with my stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was great. I did not have time to get breakfast in the morning but it did look really nice. The only issue I had was parking. I was almost not able to park in the hotel parking lot due to lack of spaces.

Hampton Inn is a very trustworthy hotel if you are traveling. The quality of all their properties is always the same and of a high level. I have never been disappointed with the room, service, food, or any other aspect of one of their properties. If there is a doubt, choose this one. Not always the cheapest but you can be sure it will be fine.

The price I got for my room was very competitive. However, the hotel listed having parking included, but when I arrived it was only valet parking that was available-for $40. Had this been made clearer in the listing, I would have taken a taxi service. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made me very comfortable.

I would not recommend Hampton Inn and Suites for anyone who is trying to book a trip. When I got to the hotel the staff DID NOT wear any mask which is considered a health risk to staff and people booking a room. The first room I stayed at was on the 2nd floor and I could hear kids screaming and mothers yelling at their kids to go to bed. When I told the staff they just told me they were booked and there was nothing for them to do. I left the hotel and went to another one a couple miles down from it I am glad there was a closer hotel near by where I could book and get in.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn at Dubois, PA. The hotel rooms were nice and tidy and the pool (while small) was nice to have along with the jacuzzi. The staff did not seem to be prepared for check-in however as we arrived on time and didn't have several of our rooms ready yet.
