My experience at the Fairmont was exceptional. The hotel was classy, the rooms wonderful, and the entire experience was first-class. Those working at the front desk were well trained and seemed sincerely concerned with taking good care of me. The amenities in the room were great and everything was top quality. The room was a bit expensive but it was worth it!

The Fairmont Hotel I stayed in was an older, "classy" facility that was "first class" in every respect. I could really tell that customer service was a priority. The hotel was centrally located in a major city which made getting around very easy.
