I spoke to a representative named Brad S. He was chock full of information and very courteous. He gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. He even gave me options to make my plan more efficient and to save me money. If this company is as good as he was, I think I will like them!

Had our first issue with our home (a plumbing issue) and opened a claim. The initial technician didn't respond, but the people from Liberty jumped in and had a new technician assigned and we had the problem solved quickly. Great overall experience.

Our garage door opener had a complete failure, and the technician showed up on time. He replaced the chain sprocket on our unit extremely quickly and was polite, professional, and courteous the entire time. It was an impeccable service. 5 stars all the way. This is the best home warranty I have ever purchased.

We have had to use the warranty several times, three for plumbing and once for HVAC. Liberty Home Guard has been awesome! The response is immediate, and someone is out to address the problem quickly. The home warranty is a lifesaver, and these guys are real problem-solvers.

I was initially skeptical about the home warranty product as a whole; however, we used our warranty twice within two months after purchasing our home and have had a very positive experience both times. One claim was for plumbing and the other was for 2 AC compressors that needed to be replaced. Both times the process was stress-free.

I had a technician come out recently to unclog a sink drain and repair a small leak. Technically the leak fell outside the lines of coverage but Jonathan responded promptly, made an exception and was very courteous on the phone. He sent me a great technician who repaired everything within 72 hours.

I really appreciate that they offer so many ways to customize each plan, from adding different types of coverage to changing the duration. Thanks to their flexibility, I only have to pay for what I need. Best of all, when something breaks, I know that they always have my back.

Have been with them for some time already. Always talk to Alison, she is super friendly and does her best to help. I had my kitchen faucet replaced recently, I got instant approval and a reimbursement check after I picked what I liked over at Lowes

We are new to the company and my experience with both the warranty side and customer service side has been wonderful. I have worked with Ron B. on a few issues and he has gone above and beyond relative to my issues, including regular follow-up. I have already recommended LHG to my friends and will continue to do so.

“The day I purchased my policy, Liberty Home Guard touted their ability to save me money on a refrigerator replacement. They literally got me a $8,000 fridge for $6,000. I saved $2,000 even before my policy became effective! They’re an amazing company!”
