The technician stated that the compressor went bad twice before this claim which would be considered a pre-existing issue before your plan has started , Unfortunately we aren't allowed to cover any pre-existing issue.

At FPHW, our goal is to provide customers with a piece of mind that a home warranty will save them time and money but most importantly, our customers will not pay for any repairs or replacements that are listed as covered in our service agreement.
