Good customer support once you get somebody to talk to you. However it can be a little bit challenging at times getting to that point. The one time that we needed our warranty was with the heating system and they sent like seven different people out due to a lack of communication.

I had to use it just two weeks ago, the repairman came fixed the problem then that 15 days/20 days later I had a problem with the same thing they came right out and ordered the parts to repair it again no charge on the second time. Every time I've called they've always responded in a very professional manner.

Stay AWAY!!! This company has the worst service in the world. Complete theft. Their policies are to keep billing you even when you sell your home and cancel. Then they tell you they can't do anything about refunding the money. They Keep auto-drafting because it's their policy. DO NOT GET American Home Shield.
The Final Word
Choice Home Warranty's repair costs are $60 for every service call. American Home Shield charges $75, $100, or $125 for its service fee. You can select which price you want, but it will make the overall price of your home warranty fluctuate. If you choose the cheaper $75 service fee, your home warranty plan will be $180 more expensive when compared to the $125 service fee option.
Even with the flexible service fee options that AHS has, CHW still has cheaper repair costs.
