Honestly the system i have is the worst I've ever had . Have had major problems with the back door camera & every time I have chatted with a service person for all the problems I have been having are they tried to walk me through & fix it which it didn't work most times they informed me that I could have a tech come out but it would be a 49$ charge. Now my front door camera is messed up when I try to view live it goes completely white then normal continuously. Neither 1 of the camera record everything. As well as the app is crap as well; deleting videos etc etc. Honestly being that I'm paying for a system that is and has been faulty since the beginning I feel I shouldn't be charged 49$ or any amount for someone to come fix or replace.

The product it's self is not bad. The install techs were good. However my sales rep and experience with the customer service team were not good. Upon signing up I was under the impression from the sales rep that there was a promotion going on for free installation, however a month later I was charged 200$ for installation. After numerous attempts to get it resolved it never was. I was transferred from person to person because no one knew how to resolve the issue.

Not good. Less than satisfactory equipment and shoddy installation. Customer service is decent but promises made by salesman were not kept. Pricing is way too high for equipment. They charge over $2000 for a panel with a screen & a doorbell camera. U can get those on your own for about $400. Don't fall for their equipment fee & free installation. Wish I wouldn't have signed up

Very poor! I still have not had resolution of the problem. We have a sensor which no one wants to claim so will not remove it. They said I could do it but I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing it. They sent me a replacement and said I was to put it on but I will not do that because it could mess up the system. This problem is causing our whole system to be off line and therefore we can't use it. Since we can't use it we shouldn't be charged for it.

Their app is terrible and needs an update. Their chat system on the app isn't great so it's hard to fix problems. When I've had to call customer service they had no idea what products I had. I think the equipment is good other than a problem I've had with the garage door opener. The app would tell me it's working when it's not, and then when the opener is working, it says it's not working.

Horrible!! Almost everything the salesman told me was a complete lie their camera installers weren't trained at all to install cameras in fact the guy that did mine told me he'd never done it before! They only had their service at my house for about 2 1/2 weeks before they came and removed it because none of the cameras were working and I was fed up! They left giant holes in my roof where they had drilled to install cameras on the top of the roof! This caused me to have a water leak which cost me thousands! And after my service was canceled I had a fight with the other company that are associated with the gives you the loan for the cameras just to get them to stop charging me the $3000 that they were charging me! Strongly recommend not going with this company!

Your system is great. The only things that I can think of is my front doorbell camera cuts out and won't reconnect sometimes other then that maybe offer outlet boxes that could cover the whole outlet to stop toddlers from unplugging cameras or panel. I would have gladly payed a little extra to stop my son from unplugging the doorbell cam plug

Mediocre . Our glass break sensors that Vivint installed are terrible because the batteries wear out every 2 months. I have wasted a lot of time talking to the "service" department. I intend to cancel service soon because Vivint hasn't performed as sold to us.

I have already filled this out in detail. Overall it seems to work okay. Not really impressed because of how it was installed and we were not given adequate instructions how to use it and/or told all of the things we can do with it. And in spite of my many attempts to communicate, I get no reply. This is another example of that since I already filled out the requested survey.

They really messed everything up in the beginning. The agent failed to tell me I had to contact my former carrier and they went unpaid for months until they placed a bad report on my credit. They overcharged me for two months and the agent wouldn't return my call. They eventually fixed my bill but I am still dealing with trying to get my previous service paid off.

Would rate 0 if survey offered it. Extremely shady sales practices. Salesman did not provide the cancellation paperwork when he set up the "trial period" and made it impossible to cancel within the 3 day window because the salesman avoided my calls and texts about cancelling. The tech that intially came to install the equipment for the trial period drilled 4 holes in my wall trying to find a stud, AFTER I offered to let him use my stud finder and he stated he had one in his truck. They were in a multi state class action lawsuits for the very same sketchy business practices several years ago. I would avoid this company AT ALL COST.

Vivint is a little pricey but I really love the equipment. It gives me peace of mind away from home and while I am at home. I can monitor it from my smart phone. We had some issues but they were resolved, though they didn’t want to send a technician because they said it was ADT responsibility.

Initial installation was not as good as hoped and left problem areas. The phone help to correct those errors did not help at all. When we finally got them to send out a skilled technician, he did an outstanding job correcting the errors and the system has been excellent since then.

I have not had a totally good experience with Vivint and the young lady that sold me the cameras. I am currently waiting on a Vivint person to come and uninstall my cameras. I wanted to wait to do this survey after the equipment has been uninstalled, but I see that this is the last chance I have to do this survey.

I have to say I am okay with the system but feel the sales person did me wrong. He told me I could cancel by A certain day. And when I did he lied to me I was one day late yo cancel. He was rude and disrespectful. The installation guys were not good. Half did their job. I had to get another guy out. I really feel I was tricked into this 2600 system I did not want for 5 dang years. I am a senior citizen and he lied to me.

Bittersweet, the system overall it's average from from the great system they advertise and definitely not worth the price of the equipment video quality is outdated customer service lack the ability to solve problems and technicians aren't as knowledgeable or well trained in fact some are butchers that damaged multiple walls in my brand new home not to mention the response turn around time is outrageous takes them almost 3 weeks to send somebody out to troubleshoot a problem.

the system is slow in connecting to your phone so that you can answer the door once the door bell rings. many times there is no way to communicate with the person at the door because of the link process between the system and my $1500 iphone! yes your system is quite frustrating, this is when i am home and the connection is much worse if i am away from home. i will put it this way, i have not been able to communicate one single time with someone at the door since we installed the system. My friend spent less than $200 for the "Ring door Bell" and it works a thousand time better and i spent close to $3000 for this. I really feel like you have taken advantage of us. its the worst system i have ever encountered

Not the greatest experience at all. The app is always unavailable. Cameras do not connect to view them. I always have to keep rebooting the system for it to work. The indoor camera is a joke. Its always locking up and the picture freezes where you have to get out of the app and reconnect.Very annoying. I should not have to deal with these issues among others considering the cost of this system. Not cheap.
