You can always find something fun there but I do feel the prices are a little high. I will still go there but not the cheapest place. If you are looking for a gift it’s probably there. Gift cards are a plus but still not the cheapest. Usually long lines and use a coupon or you will be sad. But I still go and shop even with the higher cost I just spend less

We have a few home products from here -- mostly smaller things for decor and organization, most have been good. I also bought a small night stand many years ago that is still in good condition. The one thing about Bed Bath and Beyond, I will only buy stuff when I have a coupon - they seem to always be in my mailbox!

There are so many different styles, you're bound to find what you want. I buy my blankets here, and they're always great quality. I would reccomend this store to anyone who wants good furniture/bedding for a reasonable cost.

Great appliances for your home. Super good quality and last forever. Pricing is just right for the quality and durability of stuff you are getting. Shopping with them is so easy and stress free.

Well organized and with the coupons you can get what you want for a decent price. They have a great selection and if they don't have it in stock at the store then they order it with free shipping and have it delivered to your door. Great customer service!

I feel like Bed Bath and Beyond is a company of 10 years ago. As I have been getting ready for my upcoming wedding, some women asked if I had registered at Bed Bath and Beyond. I had not, but for one of my showers I sat down and made a quick registry. I was honestly pretty disappointed. The number of products available was quite disheartening. Very few things that I was interested in were available online or in our local store. I wish that they had a larger variety to choose from.

We took our daughter to Bed Bath And Beyond for her birthday because she wanted to redecorate her room. She found cute matching bedding as well as rugs and lamps. She came home a very happy girl.

I love the wide selection of products that they provide to us as a consumer. It is great to get the 20% off coupon in the mail so we can purchase something that may be out of price range.

On two recent visits the item I was looking for was not in stock. The staff was more than helpful and willing to place the online order for me and have it shipped directly to my house! They were friendly and eager to please!

Helped my daughter buy a lot of her wedding gifts at Bed Bath and Beyond. They had great prices for her and she found a lot of stuff on sale! Awesome quality and matching stuff. Great recommendation for them.

Anything a New couple would need could be found here! Things tend to be more expensive but there is a wide diversity for each item such as color and/or material! More options can be found here!

Worst customer service. Their website is a SCAM.. they make the prices look good and say they have them in stock when they don’t. Tried to order twice- both times the order was cancelled and both orders are still in pending for almost a week ($600+). I was told they will escalate this but still haven’t heard back from anyone. Every time you call them it’s a 2 hour wait. Never buying from them again! Worth paying a little more to a company that actually takes care of their customers.

I placed an online order two months ago and it NEVER shipped, tracked or delivered to me! I called customer service three times, last time it was over an hour on the phone, they tell me that they will process a refund and NEVER do! I have filed a claim with the better business bureau in hopes that I will finally be refunded! I will not be shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond ever again!!! Terrible Experience!

I ordered 2 Queen Mattresses on 9/5/2020 with a delivery on or before 9/15/2020, it’s not 10/9/2020 still no mattresses. I was on the phone with customer service with no resolution the mattresses are not out of stock or on back order, yet customer service refuses to do anything. I have children sleeping on the floor, they have missed delivery date by almost a month. I simple either want the mattresses or a full refund. Do not buy from Bed Bath & Beyond, there are a lot of other stores that sell the same products that actually care about their customers.

The back to university program where you can buy your stuff in one city and pick it up another did not go well. We shopped in Calgary a month and advance and picked up in London. Our order wasn’t there and they were out of the size we needed

in-store is 4 star, ONLINE shopping zero star. Read consumeraffairs.com for numerous but same reasons why details. They fail to deliver, even after over a month or cancel the order - regardless they never tell you or when you call can tell you why. So if a gift, chose AMAZON, but NEVER here. Read Better Business Bureau and above address for details. Likely you will have to cancel your credit card and have a big fight on your hands and a new full-time day job if you shop online with them and NEVER NEVER get the delivery nor a reason why they say they canceled the order and could not ship

It always has what you are looking for before you even know what you are looking for. The only downside is some of the employees can be very nasty and not helpful, at least at the location I have gone to, but some other employees as well as the managers are always very nice and accommodating.

I like that they frequently send 20% coupons but it doesn't seem to make much difference because the prices are generally higher than other stores. I do like that they stock items that are harder to find in other stores though.

Some of the prices are too high but overall they have a large selection of useful house items and furniture. It is also nice to find some things that are "as seen on TV" for sale at Bed Bath and Beyond.

This store is filled with so many trinkets that are un-necessary for everyday living. The bedding seems overpriced for the standard quality as found in other less expensive stores and finding an employee to help with questions is a task that is not worth the walk around.
