Having the insurance isn’t so bad but dealing with the insurance on a professional basis is awful. They are a monopoly and don’t care what kind of service the provide.

Select Health is a great insurance company, my only complaint is that the premiums just keep increasing by a lot every year.

Select Health was a great starting heath insurance company. They had good rates, but eventually, the other health insurance companies offered more.

Good physician options and ease of use. The cost of insurance is always way higher than I think it should be but seems some it’s competitively priced.

High deductibles. I always felt they were the monster looming over my health care. Every decision based on my overall health was made with the dark cloud of select health a constant in my head.

We have had Select Health Insurance for many years. We feel like the coverage is pretty good for the price, but wish it included more doctors.

Disappointed this year that some physicians have been dropped from the same plan I have had for the last 5 years I've been with select health. They do their job.

They are a decent insurance company. But they are very focused on costs (more than others). This means that as a patient you often get lower quality medicines because they cost less.

So far so good. Although there are some things they say are covered but I end up getting charged for. Their customer service is great though.

So far no problems with the insurance, but haven't needed to use it yet. Wish it had a vision benefit for contacts and our optometrist.

Select Health was overpriced and and provided hardly any benefits. Their providers were good but ultimately not worth the cost so my family switched to Aetna.
