Washington Sports Club

I signed up with a written contract that provided for a monthly charge. While at first my credit card was charged the same correct monthly fee. After awhile, I stopped checking my credit card. Then, months later I reviewed my charges, and the company charged me ransom amounts each month, sometimes much more than what I should have been charged. According to the club manager, this was being done to many people at the club. While the club never returned the overcharges, it did not object when I quit the club and they never tried to charge me for the balance of the term.
