Dirty floors, dirty equipment, and nasty, rude management and staff. OVERPRICED for what you experience with membership. My local Anytime just up and shut down with NO notice. Just a sign on the door that says "ANYTIME FITNESS CLOSED PERMANENTLY". And then no response to my emails to customer service, BUT still getting charged!!!

very difficult to get out the contract. still taking money after verbally telling them i wished to stop and also sending an email (they tell me it was not sent to Aldershot so does not count). I sent it to the direct debit email i get. Now tell me they will not refund the two months i have not used the gym.

PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP UPFRONT FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR. DO NOT DO AUTOMATIC BANK WITHDRAWS. THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY OUT LONG AFTER THE CONTRACT IS UP. THEY WILL CALL YOU BEFORE YOUR CONTRACT IS UP TO RENEW BUT THEY DON'T BOTHER TO TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO CANCELL OR THEY WILL AUTOMATICALY RENEW IT. VERY SHADY!

I was definitely told when I joined I would receive the $75 fob key deposit back when I finish up but have just been down and told that it's not refundable. Have seen the same report on numerous websites now, they really need to make sure their staff know what the terms and conditions are!!!!

Anytime Fitness has good facilities and equipment. They also offer classes that are not super great. The instructors are super young and sometimes I feel like they do not know what they are doing.

I was lied to when I signing up for a membership. The lady that gave me false information was let go. I'm being force to pay a fee when I was told there wasn't any. No one returns my phone, none of the managers can give me a straight answer. Shadiest gym I've ever been with.

Tried it out but it didn't have as many equipment to go around. Wasn't that busy either. Was a little small but it was a smaller town. Was clean and organized. Didn't go back.

I don’t love any time fitness. I do like that they are open anytime you want to work out but it feels cramped and sometimes a little creepy when there’s only one other person in there with you.

Anytime Fitness is a great gym to work out at. Lots of machines available and is only busy during busy hours. A little on the pricey side, but great for those looking to make gyms a bigger part of their lives.

The Anytime that I work out at has gone through multiple owners. It has struggled to stay open. It has a new owner and is much better but still struggling. I do like that it is a smaller gym and I don’t have to wait for equipment.

I did not like my trial at Anytime Fitness. It did the job the couple times I went there to try it out, but the customer service wasn't great and I didn't like the atmosphere of the gym. I ended up going somewhere else for a membership.

I am extremely dissapointed with my gym. My key fob accidentally broke off my key chain at my son's little league game and they charged me $29 for a new one ... that's a whole month's membership.

Very bad customer service and culb is dirty. They still charge you after finished your contract because you have to inform them 60 days before stoped your account even after the finish the contract. Lolllllll
