Bookkeeping and Accounting Coaching Options

Bookkeeping — $199/mo
Bookkeeping is one of those tedious tasks that you have to do. Wave has an option in which it will do the bookkeeping for you. The bookkeeper will take care of your monthly financial tasks:

  • Catch up on past months you didn’t have time to complete
  • Speak with your tax accountant
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Call monthly to give insights
  • Organize your transactions
  • Organize your income statement and balance sheet

Accounting Coaching Option — $249/one time fee
This may be a cheaper option than the bookkeeping option but can help a small business learn how to accomplish its accounting goals. This meeting can help you become a better bookkeeper and use Wave quickly and efficiently:

  • 2-hour live coaching
  • 30-day email correspondence with coach
  • Learn how to bookkeep
  • Set up your online account
  • Transfer information from other sites
  • If you have an existing account, the coach will review and fix it

Both options can be useful for small companies that need help doing these things the right way.

I use Wave for my accounting needs for my small LLC. It integrates and uploads transactions from all of my Bank and Credit Card Business accounts, and is very easy to use when I am categorizing my various income and expense accounts.

I DO NOT LIKE WAVE. They advertise as free accounting, but then when a company pays you, they take 8$ out of the invoice as your "transaction" fee, which is ridiculous. I do not like this company and will never ever use them again.
