2 Spaces Available for Rent

The Azalea Event Venue has two spaces available for rent to accommodate various event needs. The main event space features 3,000 square feet of open space and can seat up to 120 people comfortably, but can accommodate up to 190 people. The space features a clean and modern esthetic with tall ceilings, a brick accent wall, Edison lights, lush live plants, and natural light.

The smaller event space, the Primrose Room, features white walls and natural light and can seat up to 60 people. The Primrose Room is ideal for events such as luncheons, bridal or baby showers, birthday parties, workshops, etc.

For clients needing to accommodate larger events with 170 to 250 people, the Azalea Event Venue offers the option of renting both spaces simultaneously. The spaces may also be rented for photography sessions. 

Chairs and Tables Included

The Azalea Event Venue includes a number of items in the rental price, which eases planning logistics for clients. Included in the main event space are 12 farmhouse tables, 120 chairs, three five-feet tables, and two cocktail tables. Additionally, speakers and microphone, choice of an onsite backdrop, use of bride’s and groom’s room, and use of a prep kitchen are included. The Primrose Room includes four tables and 40 chairs. If clients need extra seating, they can rent extra chairs and tables for an additional price.

Inventory of Decor for Rent

By offering an inventory of decor for rent, the Azalea Event Avenue adds further ease to event planning. For a flat rate of $100, clients can select from lanterns, votives, hurricanes, stands, trays, signs, candles, tea lights, and table numbers for their event. Clients need to note that items and quantities are subject to change.

May Bring In Own Food or Caterer

Some event venues require that clients use their catering services. The Azalea Event Venue allows clients to bring in a caterer or their own food: the stipulation being that the food must be prepared before being brought in. The kitchen at the event venue is a prep kitchen and can only be used for keeping food warm or cool, storing, and plating food, etc.

Set-Up and Take-Down Within Reserved Time

Set-up and take-down must be within the reserved time allotment. The evening rental time period goes until 10 p.m., which means that the space must be taken down and cleared by 10 p.m. This may be an issue for clients wanting an event that extends beyond the allotted time frame.
