After 8 weeks I called for results They asked for my email then told me that's not the email I gave them I have no other email After 30 minutes on ghe phone she told me she had permission to give me my results and asked for my date of birth Then told me that's not the birthday I gave them Never admitted they screwed up So I asked for a refund I wouldn't trust any results they come up with

I received a message that said my sample was contaminated; thus they could not send any results. . I am a trained Biologist with a Masters of Biologiy from Michigan State. I questioned there statement and I lat it go. Months later I get a telephone calll from a person I did not know. She asked me if I was related to a distant cousin. Which I was . She got my name from her DNA TEST.

I did this about three years ago and then I got a new one in the mail just it about six months ago and it has completely changed. How do your genetics change from them telling you three years ago that your 97% from one place and now all of the sudden it has changed and I have ancestry all over Europe.

Took my money...sent me kit...I called them when the user name & password I wrote in a book would NOT work on their website to login. They could Not find me in their system for a very long time & I finally told them I would NOT trust their test results & never did get to send in my test kit.
