Too Many Options

While there is definitely a diet plan for everyone, having so many to choose from can be confusing and overwhelming. Each has their own set rules, guidelines, and options and it makes it difficult to know which one will be the best option for you.

Website Is Hard to Navigate

As you click around the website for information, many of the links will take you to a page with a completely different layout, all with a 90’s retro feel. The cleanest and easiest layout is at www.teambeachbody.com. You will notice that this is a completely different web address from an initial google search which takes you to www.beachbody.com. In addition, Shakeology also has its own web address. The more time you spend clicking through the links you will see that a lot of the programs can be combined, but there is no easy way to view all of the different exercise and diet combinations.

The Bottom Line

Beachbody is a well-known fitness company with great resources. For those sincerely interested in its product line, be sure to do your research. Call the support center to ensure that you are getting the best option for your weight loss goal. Overall, it provides in-depth products but lacks the web organization and design needed for a user-friendly experience.

I have been using Beachbody for their workouts and I just completed the 80 Day Obsession. I loved the workouts and especially love the fact that its real-time so I can follow along with the cast each day. This makes it so much more enjoyable and it motivates you to do your best. I have gained muscle and feel like I'm in great shape thanks to 80 Day Obsession. I just started another program that Beachbody provides and I plan on doing many more.

I have tried Beachbody and find that the diet meal plans are a great partner to the workouts. The meal plans keep the nutrition high for great energy. And makes the for satisfying taste. The meal plan keeps track of calories and sugar intake. I like that they have already done the work so I can avoid dietary issues and have greater success staying fit and healthy.

I absolutely love the workouts that Beachbody has to offer. Being a mom of four young kids it’s helpful to workout at home with the Beachbody on demand. It has so many different workouts that are unique and fun. My absolute favorite Beachbody workout is liift 4! I have seen amazing results with this workout program, and it has definitely been a lifesaver for this mom!

From Shakeology to their workout programs, I can’t say enough positive things about them. They do make it so easy to help you stay healthy. They even gave an app that you can take on the go to access all of their workout programs online. No dvds necessary anymore!!! Several of these programs have helped me to get back into shape after moves and children. I love this company!!

My wife and I started using Beachbody when P90x was new. I lost 15 pounds on my first round. We have since used routines like Insanity, Liift 4, 80 day obsession, MBF. We love having Beachbody on demand to have access to all the routines at our fingertips

Beachbody is a great all-around program to help stay fit and healthy. There are a variety of diet plans that are very well documented, so they are easy to follow. There is also a motivational aspect to the diet plans, to help keep you on track to meet your goals.

The transformations I have personally seen with friends that use Beachbody are seriously mind blowing! Their transformations have inspired to also start Beachbody. This program definitely works if you do it! The workouts are fun and there are many programs to choose from so you don’t get bored.

Love their workouts. Never tried their other products. It's nice to have when you can't get to the gym and still want to get a good burn for your workout of the day. It can be easily adjusted to my slower lighter level too. Good for me to buy and have forever.

I love beachbody! They have so many health and fitness options, there really is something for everyone. Their diet and exercise plans teach you add healthy eating and exercise into your life in such a way that makes it a lifelong change, not just a fad.

I really like the workouts, but once you spend the money on the DVDs you are locked into those workouts & so that kind of limits you if you get bored from doing the same ones over & over.

The at-home workouts were a lifesaver for me as a mom of young children. It’s a great alternative if leaving the house to workout is difficult. Not a huge fan of the MLM aspect but definitely a good option and they have a variety of great programs.

Did P90x diet and workout plan years ago and loved the product. Newer products are being offered now (and a friend is an instructor). Looks like they made a nice transition into online/streaming workout video content.

Tony Horton is the man! Practically everything I know about exercise I have learned from him. Great for at-home learning on your own schedule for a small fraction of the cost of a personal trainer or dietician

I have used Insanity and P90X multiple times and have enjoyed both! I would change a few things about each of those, but I know Beachbody has different exercise programs that cater to different needs.

The Beachbody products work if you use them. I have purchased several items from the company, which have included dumbbells, a multi-function bench, and a Max-Trainer. All have worked flawlessly.

I love the videos. Honestly they work really good. I don’t love the price. It works if you use it and it is fun. I especially like the country dancing one’s and I’ve never country danced in my life. I would change the price if I could but it does work so I guess it’s worth it

I purchased the BeachBody workout DVDs, and they sent me a specific diet plan included with my purchase. I followed it diligently for weeks. I really enjoyed their recovery drink (orange). It really helped me recover from workouts. My only complaint is the price. It was just too much for me to sustain.

Had purchased the program for one year. I found it that it was not as motivation as actually being in the gym and interacting with the trainer. I also found it extremely expensive. The local gym charges for classes in a month of only 10. If you wanted the additional stuff it would cost you more. I personally don’t have that type of budget.

Great program in theory but the workouts and regiments are a little intense for every day people. I don't want to be working out all the time. I just want to be able to get stronger at home. The shakes are expensive.

Not a fan of the shakes or the portion program. The video library is nice, but I want to own it outright, not pay annually to borrow. I mean, we use them enough to own them, so give us the option!

This was the most expensive brand I have ever tried. I will give it to them that they have the right ingredients. But there products DO NOT taste good. The just leave a bad after taste. YES it works but it’s not a taste way to get healthy
